Die Naturkosmetik bezieht sich nicht nur auf die äußere Pflege, sondern auch auf die Innere, wie zum Beispiel den Mundraum und die Zähne. Wie man eine Zahnpasta ganz einfach selber herstellen kann zeige ich euch heute. Die Zahnpasta ist für alle gedacht, die mehr Kosmetik selber herstellen möchten und/oder empfindliche Zähne haben.
Ausprobiergröße.

3 TL Kokosöl
3 TL feines Natron
Prise Kurkuma
Prise Zimt
10-15 Tropfen natrurreines Lavendel-ÖlZubereitung:

Wer eine weiße Zahnpasta haben möchte, der kann das Kurkuma
auch einfach weglassen. 🙂 Für alle die Angst haben, dass Kurkuma
die Zähne verfärbt, keine Sorge, das macht es nicht. Im Gegenteil,
es hellt die Zähne auf. Darüber gibt es auch viel im Internet zum
Nachlesen oder einfach mal den Zahnarzt fragen. Nach dem Putzen
bitte den Mund gründlich mit Wasser spülen. Und Achtung:
die Borsten der Zahnbürste könnten etwas leiden, ich verwende eine
günstige aus der Drogerie, wenn die gelb wird ist das nicht ganz so
schlimm. 🙂 Wer (Plastik-)Zahnkronen oder andere Mundimplantate
besitzt sollte bitte vor der Anwendung kurz mit dem Zahnarzt
Rücksprache halten.
In dieser Zahnpasta ist kein Fluorid enthalten.
Natürlich kann man auch problemlos die Zutatenmenge verdoppeln
oder verdreifachen. 🙂 Allerdings rate ich aber immer dazu erstmal eine
Probiergröße herzustellen, um zu schauen wie man die Zahnpasta findet
und ob sie einen gut hilft.
Ich mache es immer so, dass ich, wenn die selbstgemachte Zahnpasta
aufgebraucht ist, was circa nach zwei Wochen der Fall ist, ich zu meiner
gewohnten Zahnpasta zurückgreife. Die Selbstgemachte ist für mich bei
akuten Beschwerden da. Jeder handhabt das sicher auch anders, allerdings
lasst euch bei dem Zahnarzt eures Vertrauens näher beraten. Jeder Zahn ist
anders und benötigt daher eine andere Art von (intensiver) Pflege.
