Ich will mich nicht zu weit aus dem Fenster lehnen, aber diese Kirsch-Brownies… die sind wirklich die besten! Ich glaube, ich habe noch nie so saftige Brownies hinbekommen.

Vor einigen Tagen habe ich mal wieder ein bisschen Backexperimentiert, ich hatte Lust auf etwas Schokolade und so sind die Brownies entstanden.

Die Brownies waren nach 20 Minuten aufgegessen, also war mir schnell klar, das Rezept muss ich mit euch teilen. (Und auch für mich festgehalten, damit ich es nie vergesse)

Für circa 16 Brownies.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Kichererbsenmehl und Apfelmus miteinander verrühren. Alle anderen Zutaten (bis auf die Kirschen) hinzugeben. Kräftig verrühren, das kann 3-4 Minuten dauern.

Den Ofen auf 175°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Die Form mit Backpapier auslegen und den Teig einfüllen. Schön glattstreichen! Die Kirschen drauf verteilen. Wenn man möchte noch ein paar Schokodrops draufstreuen.

Für circa 30-40 Minuten backen. Je nach gewünschter Saftigkeit.

Nach dem Backen 15-20 Minuten die Brownies vor dem Anschneiden abkühlen lassen.
