Meine letzte Box von HelloFresh ist angekommen. Leider haben, wie auch in der davor, die Themomix-Rezepte gefehlt. Bei der letzen Box war es mir noch möglich auf der Webseite die richtigen Rezepte auszudrucken. Diesmal nicht. Später wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es auf der österreichischen HelloFresh Webseite wohl ein Fehler im System gab, auf der deutschen hätten sie zur Verfügung gestanden. Zu spät für mich, denn ich hatte schon angefangen zu kochen. 😀

Ich habe für euch diesmal kein Rezept verfilmt. Selbstverständlich wurde aber alles nachgekocht, fotografiert und mit ein paar Notizen festgehalten. Am Ende des Blogartikels könnt ihr noch mein Gesamtfazit meiner Boxen für den Thermomix nachlesen.

Sommerliche Käse-Tortellini in Gemüse-Alfredo-Soße

Die Tortellini kamen nicht nur ausgezeichnet bei den Kindern an, sondern auch bei uns Erwachsene. Wird es sehr bald nochmal geben. Lecker, nicht zu käsig und durch Tomate und Basilikum total frisch.

Aromatisch und schmackhaft. Die Zubereitung ging schnell und problemlos. Es war genügend da, wir hätten sogar dem Nachbarn noch etwas abgeben können. 🙂

Erfrischender Spinat-Orangen-Salat mit Ras el Hanout-Foccacia

Mein Überraschungs-Rezept. Von allen drei Rezepten sprach mich dieses am wenigsten an. ABER jetzt wo ich es gegessen habe kann ich euch nur sagen, dass es ein super leckerer Salat ist. Spinat mit Feta(Hirtenkäse!) und der Orange…ein Gedicht. Da mein Mann noch auf der Arbeit war habe ich seine Portion gleich mitgegessen! 😀 In mein Dressing habe ich noch 1 EL Orangensaft reingerührt, dafür keinen Zucker mehr hinein gegeben.

Wer meine Artikel gelesen hat, der weiß, dass einiges schief gelaufen ist. Am Anfang mit der Lieferung, manche Thermomix-Rezepte waren noch nicht richtig ausgereift und jetzt die letzten zwei Boxen ohne richtige Rezeptkarten. Jede Woche hat mich etwas Neues erwartet, was durchaus auch spannend sein kann. 😀 Die Labels auf meinen Boxen waren wohl falsch gekennzeichnet, wodurch die Produktion davon ausgegangen ist, dass ich eine normale HelloFresh Box erhalte.

Viel Verpackung gab es immer. Es steht zwar das Angebot, dass man einige Boxen sammeln und dann abgeben könnte, aber dafür hätte ich nicht den Platz. Daher habe ich sie selbst fachgerecht entsorgt. In Zukunft würde ich mir in den Boxen weniger Kunststoff wünschen. Die Papiertüten/Papiersackerl sind ein guten Anfang, an dem unbedingt festgehalten werden sollte.

Neben den ganzen Fehler, die passiert sind, gibt es natürlich auch positives zu berichten. Die Rezepte waren sehr vielseitig und gesund. Meine Zutaten frisch und nie hat auch nur eine Zutat gefehlt. Alles wurde immer gut gekühlt geliefert, auch wenn der Nachbar die Box angenommen hatte, weil ich noch nicht Zuhause war. Geschmeckt haben uns (ich habe ja nicht alles alleine gegessen 😀 ) die Rezepte gut, wir haben Neues kennengelernt und konnten mal in eine andere Kochwelt schlüpfen, die sich von unserer griechisch-rumänischen schon manchmal stark unterscheidet. Es ist gut, spannend und toll mal andere Aromen, Kräuter und Gewürze auf den Teller zu haben. Die Zutaten waren sehr aromatisch, viele auch Bio. Vor allem die Orangen waren genial, egal wo HelloFresh sie bezieht, bleibt unbedingt bei diesen Orangen!

HelloFresh ist auf einem guten Weg die Thermomix Box auszuarbeiten. Ein tolles Konzept, welches noch ein paar Gehstützen benötigt, aber sicher bald einen guten und stabilen Stand hat. Ich bin gespannt was noch so kommt. 🙂 Danke an das Team von HelloFresh, dass ich die Möglichkeit bekommen habe die Boxen austesten zu dürfen.
