Dieser Birnenkuchen ist nicht nur schnell zusammengerührt, er ist auch optisch schön und absolut gästetauglich. Auch am nächsten Tag schmeckt er noch gut.

Der schnellste Birnenkuchen I Herbst Rezept

Wer staubtrockenen Kuchen mag wird allerdings nicht glücklich, dieser ist nämlich schon saftig.

Für einen kleinen Birnenkuchen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 250 g Mehl
  • 1 TL Vanillezucker
  • 1 EL Backpulver
  • 20 g Maisstärke
  • 100-130 g Zucker(-Ersatz)
  • 70 ml Öl
  • 250 ml Mandelmilch
  • 3-5 Birnen
  • 2 EL Backkakao

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Die Birnen waschen, entkernen und kleinschneiden.

Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Bis auf den Backkakao die anderen Zutaten zusammenrühren. Die Backform mit Backpapier auskleiden und die Hälfte des Teiges hineingeben. Glattstreichen nicht vergessen.

Zu der restlichen Teigmasse den Backkakao einrühren. Eventuell noch mit etwas Mandelmilch verdünnen. Dann ebenfalls in die Backform geben und streichen.

Die Birnenstücke drauf verteilen.

Für 25-30 Minuten backen lassen. Je nach Formgröße kann die Backzeit variieren.

Wer ein großes Backblech backen möchte, der verdoppelt einfach die Mengenangaben. 🙂
