Diese Chili Mac sind eines der genialsten One Pot Pasta Rezepte. Fertig in 20 Minuten, super aromatisch und sättigen gut.

Die Chili Mac eignen sich auch als Meal Prep, da man sie warm und auch kalt essen kann. Wer Chili und Pasta liebt, wird dieses Rezept sicher öfters nachkochen.

Alles kommt in einen Topf, was nicht nur praktisch ist, sondern auch eine Menge an Abwasch spart. Meine Spülmaschine ist momentan kaputt, da bin ich über jedes Gericht froh, was wenig Kochutensilien benötigt.. 😀

Chili Mac I One Pot Pasta I in 20 Minuten

Für 4-5 Portionen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Paprika waschen, das Kerngehäuse entfernen und kleinschneiden. Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und ebenfalls kleinschneiden.

In einen hohen Topf das Öl geben und erwärmen. Paprika, Zwiebel und Knoblauch andünsten. Dann das Faschierte/Hackfleisch hinzu und mitbraten, für 2-3 Minuten. Anschließend Tomatenmark und die Pasta hinzugeben. Die gehackten Tomaten, Gemüsebrühe und Gewürze hinzugeben. Umrühren und warten, bis alles aufkocht.

Die Temperatur verringern und so lange kochen, wie die Pasta laut Packungsanleitung kochen müsste. In der Zwischenzeit Kidneybohnen und Mais abgießen.

Ist die Pasta weich, kann die Kochplatte ausgeschalten werden. Kidneybohnen und Mais unterrühren. Abschmecken und dann servieren. Gerne mit etwas veganen Käse und Petersilie.
