Ein Atemzug noch bis Weihnachten, okay fast.. aber die Zeit wird ziemlich knapp. Wenn ihr noch auf der Suche nach einem weihnachtlichen Snack seid, probiert mal die Choco Crossies aus.
Die Choco Crossies sind richtig schnell gemacht, es werden nur wenige Zutaten benötigt und sie schmecken extrem gut. Mit ein paar Gewürzen schmecken sie sogar nach Weihnachten.
Für einige Choco Crossies.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 80 g Cornflakes
- 20-40 g Mandeln, gehobelt
- Gewürze wie Zimt, Nelken, Muskat, Tonka..
- 200 g Schokolade
- Wasserbad
Zubereitung:
Die Cornflakes mit den Mandeln vermengen.
Die Schokolade hacken und im Wasserbad schmelzen. Sobald diese geschmolzen ist die Gewürze einrühren. Ich habe eine Mischung aus Zimt, Nelken, Tonkabohne, Prise Muskat genommen. Insgesamt 1 EL davon.
Die geschmolzene Schokolade unter die Cornflakes und Mandeln rühren. Bis diese komplett ummantelt sind.
Mit Löffel auf Backpapier immer kleine „Berge“ der Masse setzen.
Nun abwarten, bis die Schokolade wieder fest geworden ist. Dann die Choco Crossies vom Backpapier lösen und genießen. Oder nett verpacken und verschenken! 🙂
