Thermomix-Thursday #33 -Pasta aus einem (Mix-)Topf

Pasta geht immer. 🙂 Es gibt sie in aufwendig und super schnell. Sauce und Pasta werden getrennt gekocht oder manchmal zusammen in einem Topf. Wie ich meine One Pot Pasta am liebsten zubereite möchte ich euch gerne zeigen. 🙂

One Pot Pasta à la Nia (vegetarisch)

 

 

Diese Variante einer Pasta ist nicht nur schnell, sondern auch sehr aromatisch.
Die Gewürze und Aromen ziehen schön in die Pasta. Auch Wasser wird nicht verschwendet, da alles zusammen gekocht wird und nicht mehr abgegossen werden muss. Auf Zwiebeln verzichte ich in meiner One Pot Pasta, da diese manchmal leicht bitter werden können und in der kurzen Zeit nicht vollständig verkochen. Bei den Gewürzen darf man nach Lust und Laune experimentieren.
Ein schönes Grundrezept, mein liebstes, lege ich euch dennoch ans Herz. Es schmeckt nämlich köstlich.

Für 4 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
4 Knoblauchzehen
1 Karotte
50g (Oliven)Öl
1 TL Gemüsebrühe
Prise Salz
Prise Pfeffer
1/1-1 TL Chiliflocken
1 EL Petersilie (gefroren oder frisch)
750g Wasser
350g Spaghetti
100g Tomaten, klein geschnitten

Zubereitung:

Knoblauchzehen und Karotte in den Mixtopf geben. Für 6 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 6 zerkleinern.
Öl hinzugeben und für 5 Minuten /100°C / Stufe 1 Knoblauch und Karotte andünsten.
Gewürze, Gemüsebrühe, Petersilie und Wasser hinzugeben. Für 8 Minuten /100°C/ Stufe 1 aufkochen.
Den Messbecher abnehmen und die Spaghetti in die Deckelöffnung geben. Unbedingt nun den Linkslauf einstellen, sonst hat man einen Brei. Die Zeit zum Einstellen richtet sich nach der Spaghetti (auf der Packungsbeilage schauen) meine benötigen zwischen 8-10 Minuten. (im Thermomix benötigen die Spaghetti circa eine Minte länger, als im Kochtopf, um gar zu werden)
Daher stelle ich meinen Thermomix auf 10 Minuten /100°C/ Sanftrührstufe (Löffelsymbol) (und natürlich den Linkslauf nicht vergessen)
Sobald die Spaghetti im Mixtopf eingezogen wurden die Tomatenstücke hinterher geben und in ruhe weiter köcheln lassen.
Nun nur noch servieren und genießen. 🙂
Ich mag meine Pasta sehr mit Rucola, mein Mann gibt sich noch etwas Parmesan, frisch gerieben, drüber. (Dann ist es aber natürlich nicht mehr vegan)

Der Trennungsschmerz ist schon enorm, Thermomixbesitzer können
es sicher gut nachempfinden, aber auch die Freude ist groß ihn sehr
bald schon wieder hier zu haben. 🙂 Obwohl ich sehr viel händisch,
mit Topf und Pfanne, am Herd koche, habe ich mich schon sehr an
meinen Kochgehilfen gewöhnt. Ohne geht es eben nicht mehr.
Für nächste Woche ist dennoch schon gesorgt. 🙂
