Es gibt Rezepte die sehr lang in ihrer Entstehungsphase brauchen. Sie brauchen viel Recherche, viel Inspiration und Geduld,  damit sie zu etwas tollen werden können. Gerade diese Rezepte sind meistens meine persönlichen Schätze, die ich richtig gern habe.  Wenn man Eigenkreationen versucht zu entwickeln, lernt man die sogenannten „schwierigen Geburten“ etwas besser zu schätzen, weil man weiss, dass sie sehr lange gebraucht haben.  Sie sind wie Blumen, welche  aus dem Beton sprießen und versuchen zu gedeihen. Wenn sie allerdings ausgewachsen sind, sind sie in ihrer Art und Weise ganz einzigartig und stellen vieles in den Schatten. Es wird zu etwas Perfekten  und dies schmeckt man dann auch raus. Genauso wie dieser Pizzateig.  Wir sind große Pizzafans. Und wir sind uns einig, keine Pizza schmeckt besser als eine selbstgemachte. Dazu muss der Pizzateig perfekt sein. Es soll luftig sein, allerdings darf er nicht allzu sehr aufgehen. Wenn man in die Pizza reinbeißt, soll sie knusprig sein.  Egal mit was die Pizza letztendlich belegt wird, ohne einen guten Teig schmeckt sie nur halb so gut. ♥

Der perfekte Pizzateig (vegan)
 

Für 1 Backblech.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥450g Mehl
♥1/2 TL Trockengerm/Trockenhefe
♥270g Wasser, lauwarm
♥10g Salz
 
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten in den Mixtopf geben.
Für 3 Minuten auf der Teigknetstufe zu einen geschmeidigen Teig verarbeiten.
Den Teig in eine Schüssel geben und für mindestens 3 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen.
(Am besten über Nacht, dann wird der Teig noch besser.)
 
Verarbeitung:
Den Teig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Den Ofen auf 200°C Ober-/ und Unterhitze vorheizen.
Den Teig dünn ausrollen, auf ein Backblech legen und mit den Wunschzutaten belegen.
Für circa 20 Minuten backen. (Je nach dicke des Teiges kann es zwischen 18-22 Minuten variieren.)
 
Bratapfeleis (vegetarisch)

Wenn ich etwas eigenes kreiere, denke ich sehr oft an meine Kinder. Ich gehe meist nach ihren Bedürfnissen und versuche diese mit meinen zu kombinieren. Meist trifft man sich in der Mitte und es ist ein Kompromiss geschlossen. Manchmal aber auch nicht. Meine Kinder mögen allgemein keine warmen Äpfel. Für mich gehören sie aber zur Winterzeit einfach dazu. Aber wenn meine Kinder etwas lieben, dann ist es selbstgemachtes Eis von der Mama. Kompromiss geschlossen = alle sind glücklich und zufrieden. 🙂

Für 4 Personen.
Benötigte Zutaten:
♥80g Zucker
♥500g Äpfel, klein geschnitten und gefroren
♥1 EL Lebkuchengewürz
♥200g Sauerrahm (wer es vegan haben möchte, der nimmt ♥200g Seidentofu)
