Salat geht immer! Bei mir zu mindestens. Egal ob Stress, Traurigkeit, an guten Tagen…als Hauptmahlzeit oder als Beilage. Dieser Spinat-Salat mit Birne und Nuss ist besonders schmackhaft. Das Dressing erinnert sehr an einem Honig-Senf-Dressing. Es harmoniert so gut!

Besonders ist, dass Spinat für den Salat verwendet wird. Oft lässt man Rucola, Vogerlsalat…den Vortritt, aber Spinat lässt sich wunderbar roh essen und muss sich nicht vor den anderen Blattsalaten verstecken. 🙂

Für 2-4 Personen. Je nach und ob Beilage vorhanden.

Folgende Zutaten:

Zubereitung:

Babyspinat waschen und trocknen. Das geht in einer Salatschleuder gut. Die Birne waschen, das Kerngehäuse entfernen und sie in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Die Nüsse, ich verwende am liebsten Walnüsse, grob hacken. Die Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben.

Alle restlichen Zutaten in einer separaten kleinen Schüssel anrühren. Solange, bis sie sich gut miteinander verbunden haben und ein dickflüssiges Dressing entstanden ist.

Kurz vor dem Servieren das Dressing zu den anderen Zutaten in Schüssel 1 geben. Unterheben, verrühren und abschmecken.
