Na auch aktuell so faul? Ja so geht es mir auch. Dabei wäre aktuell die beste Zeit zum Backen. Draußen ist es kalt, schnell dunkel und man verbringt wieder mehr Zeit Zuhause. Wenn ihr Milchbrötchen liebt, aber keine Geduld habt um ewig den Teig zu formen, dann habe ich genau das richtige Rezept für euch. Mehrfach von mir gebacken und es gelingt immer. 🙂

Für circa 14 Milchbrötchen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Erst die trockenen Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und miteinander verrühren. Anschließend die feuchten Zutaten unterheben.

Den Backofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Ein Backblech mich Backpapier auslegen, den Teig draufgeben und mit einem Spatel oder Löffelrücken zu einem Viereck drücken, um die 3 bis 4 cm hoch. Mit einem Messer oder einer Teigkarte das Teigviereck in der Mitte halbieren und jede Hälfte in 7 Teile einteilen.

Eventuell mit etwas Mandelmilch bepinseln. Dann in den Ofen geben und für 20-25 Minuten backen.

Tipp: Ich habe nach 10 Minuten Backzeit die einzelnen Teigstücke mit einem Messer vorsichtig voneinander getrennt, damit sie nicht zu stark aneinanderbacken. Dann einfach weiterbacken lassen.
