Wenn das Buch zur App wird

Was früher die Telefonzelle war, ist heute das Smartphone. In den letzten Jahren hat sich ganz schön vieles gewandelt, die Technik ist ein Überflieger und man hat das Gefühl, dass sie sich jede Sekunde verbessert und immer wieder aufs neue übertrifft. Doch wie viel Technik braucht jeder von uns wirklich? Was zählt schon zum Luxus und was steht ganz oben auf der Überlebensliste des 21. Jahrhunderts?

Um diese Fragen in dem Backbuchbereich beantworten zu können, hat mir das Dr. Oetker Team zwei Bücher auf der Dr. Oetker App, welche ich mir aussuchen dürfte, zur Verfügung gestellt.
 
Um euch davon einen kleinen Einblick zu ermöglichen habe ich ein paar Screenshots gemacht.
 
 

Der erste Schritt ist sich die Dr. Oetker Rezeptbücher App herunterzuladen. Ich habe dies über den Play Store gemacht, es hat nur wenige Sekunden gedauert.

Ihr könnt nun die App öffnen und euch die Bücher, die erhältlich sind, anschauen. Die Blick ins Buch Bücher haben ein paar Rezepte frei, ihr bekommt dadurch nicht nur einen Eindruck von dem Buch und deren Rezepte, sondern könnt auch schon etwas Nachbacken um die Wahl des richtigen Buches leichter zu treffen.

Ich habe mir die Bücher Klassiker Original & mal ganz anders und Becher- & Schüttelkuchen ausgesucht. Die beiden Bücher haben mich ganz schnell angelacht, ich habe mir die Lesevorschau (Blick ins Buch) angeschaut und dann war mir auch schon ziemlich klar, die werden es.

Jedes Rezeptbuch umfasst 30-90 Rezepte, die auf IPhone, IPad, Android Smartphone und Tablets gelesen werden können. Die Rezepte sind alle detailliert beschrieben und mit einem wundervollen Foto versehen.

Mir gefällt sehr, dass die Appbücher so aufgebaut wie die richtigen Bücher sind. Man kann Zoomen, schnell die Seiten blättern und überspringen und jederzeit zu den Rezepten Notizen und Lesezeichen einfügen.

Man hat durch die App das Buch auch unterwegs zur Hand. Egal ob man spontan mit der Freundin etwas backen möchte, man schauen möchte welche Zutat im Supermarkt noch unbedingt mit ins Wagerl gelegt werden muss oder man im Park sich Ideen für eine tolle Überraschung zum Geburtstag des Opas holen möchte.

Ihr könnt eure Bücher ohne Internetzugang lesen, was für mich sehr vom Vorteil ist, denn ich benutze für mein Handy nur WLAN. Das einzige was ihr braucht ist ein angeschaltes Gerät, auf welchem sich die App befindet.

Um die App richtig zu testen habe ich mir aus jedem meiner ausgesuchten Bücher ein Rezept ausgewählt, welches ich für euch genau nach deren Anleitung zubereitet habe. In der Handhabung war es schon sehr überzeugend, man spart Platz, es ist schnell griffbereit und mein verdreckt sich nicht aus versehen mit Schokoladenfinger das Buch, denn mein Handy konnte ich schnell mit einem Tuch reinigen und von der Schokomaske befreien. 😉

Rezept aus dem Buch Becher- & Schüttelkuchen  
Seite 57
Feines Apfelblech ♥

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥300g Mehl, glatt (2 Becher)
♥2 KL Backpulver
♥ 220g Zucker (1 1/4 Becher)
♥1 Pck. Vanillin-Zucker
♥5 Eier
♥1/2 Rum Arome Fläschchen (Dr. Oetker)
♥125g Butter, flüssig (1/2 Becher)
♥100g Kuvertüre, flüssig  (1/2Becher )
♥200ml Bananenmilch (3/4 Becher)

♥600g Apfelspalten
♥100g gesiebter Staubzucker (3/4 Becher)
♥1 1/2 EL Limettensaft




Zubereitung:
Für die Masse Mehl mit Backpulver mischen und in eine verschließbare Schüssel (ca. 3 l Inhalt) sieben. Die übrigen Zutaten der Reihe nach dazugeben. Die Schüssel verschließen und kräftig für 20-30 Sekunden schütteln.
Die Masse kurz verrühren und auf ein gefettetes, bemehltes Backblech (30×35 cm) streichen.
Mit Apfelspalten gleichmäßig belegen.
Das Blech in die untere Hälfte des vorheizten Rohres schieben.

Strom: 180 Grad
Gas: Stufe 3
Backzeit: ca. 30 Minuten

Für die Glasur Staubzucker mit Limettensaft gut verrühren, in ein Spritztütchen füllen und den erkalteten Kuchen damit verzieren.

Whoopie Pies mit Nougat-Schoko-Creme ♥

Für 25 Stück

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥80g Butter, weich
♥110g Zucker
♥1 Pck. Vanillin-Zucker
♥1 Prise Salz
♥3 Eier
♥150g Mehl, glatt
♥80g geriebene Haselnüsse

♥1/4 l Schlagobers, flüssig
♥80g Vollmilchkuvertüre, gehackt
♥40g Nuss-Nougat (Dr. Oetker)

♥etwas flüssige Glasur Kakao
♥ca. 25 Walnusshälften



Zubereitung:
Für die Masse Butter mit Zucker, Vanillin-Zucker und Salz mit dem Handmixer (Rührstäbe) cremig rühren. Die Eier einzeln einrühren. Das Mehl darübersieben und mit den Nüssen mit dem Kochlöffel unterheben.
Die Masse in einen Spritzbeutel mit Lochtülle (12 mm Ø) füllen. Auf zwei mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backbleche Krapferln (ca. 2cm Ø) spritzen.
Ein Blech in die Mitte des vorgeheizten Rohres schieben.

Ober-/Unterhitze: 180 Grad
Heißluft: 160 Grad
Gas: Stufe 3
Backzeit: ca. 10 Minuten

Für die Creme Schlagobers aufkochen. Vom Herd nehmen und Kuvertüre und Nougat einrühren. Mit einem Stabmixer ca. 1 Minute mixen (emulgieren) und ca. 3 Stunden kalt stellen. Die Schoko-Creme mit dem Handmixer (Rührstäbe) cremig aufschlagen. In einen Spritzbeutel mit Lochtülle (8 mm Ø) füllen und die Whoopie Pies damit zusammensetzen.
Mit einem Kaffeelöffel etwas Glasur auf die Whoopie Pies geben und die Nüsse auf die noch weiche Glasur setzen. Ich habe übrigens zur Creme noch 1 EL (Back-)Kakao gegeben :). 

Mit der App hat es super geklappt diese beiden Leckereien herzustellen. Die App hat mich überzeugt, dennoch werde ich sicher weiterhin „normale“ Bücher lieber kaufen. Ich bin einfach ein Bücherfreak, ich liebe es meine Bibliothek  immer mehr zu erweitern, wer aber jederzeit und gerne das Handy/Tablet zur Hand hat,keinen Stauraum für Unmengen an Büchern schaffen kann und möchte, den kann ich diese App nur wärmstens empfehlen.
