Ich liebe Spaghettieis, schon seit Kindheit an. Ein bis zwei Portionen vorzubereiten geht auch super, aber ist man mit der viertes fertig, sind die ersten beiden schon am Schmelzen. Auch kann man es nicht einpacken und irgendwo mit hin nehmen. Aber da gibt es eine Abhilfe.

Dieses Dessert wie Spaghettieis schmeckt richtig köstlich. Zarte, luftige Creme mit Erdbeersauce. Perfekt zum Vorbereiten für Besuch, fürs Picknick oder auch für eine Gartenparty.

Ihr braucht nur wenige Zutaten, die man überall einfach einkaufen kann.

Für 4-6 Gläser. (je nach Glasgröße)

Zubereitung:

Für das Dessert wie Spaghettieis beginnen wir damit den Frischkäseersatz mit der Vanillepaste und dem Agavendicksaft glattzurühren.

Den Sahneersatz, am besten kühlschrankkalt, aufschlagen. Sahnestreif kann dabei gut helfen. Unter die Vanillecreme heben und leicht umrühren.

Tipp: Kein Sahnestreif da? Eine gute Prise Speisestärke hilft auch!

Die Erdbeeren waschen, abtrocknen, das Grün entfernen und in ein hohes Gefäß geben. Zitronensaft und Guarkernmehl hinzugeben. Gut pürieren, bis eine schöne Erdbeersauce entstanden ist. Je nach Süße der Erdbeeren, kann man Agavendicksaft, Zucker oder ein Zuckerersatz hinzugeben.

Nun kann auch schon das Schichten des Dessert wie Spaghettieis beginnen. Erst die Creme, dann die Erdbeersauce und zum Schluss mit ein paar frische Schokoraspel dekorieren.

Bis zum Servieren kühl stellen.
