Psefti Keftédes – Weiße Bohnen-Keftédes

Psefti Keftédes heißt übersetzt soviel wie falsche Keftédes. Keftédes sind griechische Fleischbällchen -ich möchte euch sie aus weiße Bohnen zeigen.

Man könnte sie auch roh essen, aber gebraten schmecken sie noch viel besser. Sie sind vegan und passen sehr gut in die orthodoxe Fastenzeit.

Psefti Keftédes – Ψευτη Κεφτεδες
Weiße Bohnen-Bällchen (vegan & Glutenfrei)

Für circa 22 Stück.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
250 g weiße Bohnen
1 TL (Meer-)Salz
Prise schwarzer Pfeffer
1/2-1 TL Parikapulver
2-3 EL Petersilie, frisch oder TK
1/2 TL getr. Minze
1 EL Tomatenmark
4 EL Haferflocken
4 EL Wasser, lauwarm
2 EL Kichererbsenmehl
1/2 TL Chiliflocken
1/2 TL Kreuzkümmel, gemahlen
1/2 TL Kümmel, gemahlen
1/2 TL Knoblauchgranulat

Außerdem:
Olivenöl zum Braten
Pfanne
Pürierstab
Küchenpapier|Küchenkrepp

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben. Mit einem Pürierstab zu einer schönen Masse verarbeiten. 1 Stunde ruhen lassen (nicht im Kühlschrank!).

Aus der Masse Bällchen formen. Wenn man sich an eine Teelöffelgröße orientiert, erhält man circa 22 Bällchen.

Ungefähr 3-4 EL Olivenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Bällchen goldbraun von jeder Seite braten. auf einem Küchenpapier|Küchenkrepp das überschüssige Öl abtropfen lassen. Warm oder kalt servieren.
