Schokoladige Lasagne

Für Lasagnefans habe ich ein tolles Schmankerl, welches auch (Party)Gäste zum Stauen bringen wird. Wer nicht gerne backt oder seine Talente eher woanders sieht muss sich nun nicht unter dem Küchentisch verstecken 😉 Die Sckokolasagne ist ein fix zubereitetes Dessert, was sich super auf die eigenen Vorlieben abschmecken lässt und auch bei Kinder ganz oben auf der Rangliste liegt.

 
Die Schokolasagne ist keine Neuheit aus dem Jahr 2014, sondern eher etwas wie ein vergessener Klassiker, ähnlich dem Tiramisu könnte man sie gut zur italienischen Küche zuordnen, wo das Dessert allerdings seinen Ursprung hat kann man nicht so genau sagen. Egal ob italienisch, schwedisch oder sogar ungarisch…es schmeckt locker, leicht, cremig und regt zum Schlemmen und Träumen an.
 


Für eine Lasagne wird benötigt:
♥2 Packungen Oreo-Kekse (ca. 300g) oder andere Kekse nach Wahl (Butterkekse)
♥40g Butter
♥500g Frischkäse
♥1/2 Tasse Zucker
♥500ml Sahne
♥2-3 EL Milch
♥200g Schokoladenpudding (Fertig gekaufter oder Selbst gekochter)
♥Schale einer Zitrone, Bio & unbehandelt
♥1 Tasse Schokoraspel
♥20g Kakaopulver
♥1 Pck. Sahnesteif
 
Außerdem:
 
 
 
Zubereitung:
Die Oreo-Kekse mit Hilfe eines Hammers und Gefrierbeutels zerkrümeln. Die Butter bei schwacher Hitze schmelzen und mit den Oreokrümel in einer Rührschüssel gut verrühren. Die Krümelmasse auf den Boden einer Auflaufform geben und gut andrücken. Anschließend in den Kühlschrank zum Abkühlen stellen.
 
Den Frischkäse mit Milch, Zucker und Zitronenschale cremig rühren. Die Sahne mit Sahnesteif steif schlagen und gut unter die Frischkäsemasse heben. Ungefähr die Hälfte der Creme beiseite stellen.
 
Die restliche Creme auf den kaltem Oreoboden gleichmäßig mit dem Teigschaber verstreichen. Anschließend den Schokoladenpudding darauf verstreichen und danach die aufgehobene Creme. 
Die fast fertige Lasagne für mindestens 5 Stunden in den Kühlschrank geben.
 
Vor dem Servieren großzügig mit Schokoraspel und dem Kakaopulver bestreuen.
