Die SuperWraps, oder wie mein Sohn dazu sagt, Lahmacun für Faule, sind sowas von lecker!

Wir essen sie mindestens einmal im Monat, da man die SuperWraps so schnell zubereiten kann. Die Zutaten sind nicht exotisch und leicht in jeden Supermarkt erhältlich.

Meine SuperWraps belege ich gerne mit Salat, Tomatenscheiben, etwas Petersilie und eine Sauce aus pflanzlicher Joghurtalternative und selbstgemachter Mayonnaise (natürlich auch rein pflanzlich.

Für 8 SuperWraps.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Außerdem als Belag:

  • Salat
  • Tomaten
  • Petersilie
  • Sauce

Zubereitung:

Den Fleischersatz, ich verwende 4 Burgerpatties, mit den Gewürzen vermengen.

Die Masse gleichmäßig auf die Wraps verteilen. So, dass selbst beim Anheben der Wraps nichts herunterfällt. Sollte es dennoch so sein, gibt die Wraps nicht wie gedacht in eine Pfanne, sondern in den Ofen.

Das Öl in eine Pfanne geben und erwärmen. SuperWrap 1 in die Pfanne legen, mit der bestrichenen Seite nach unten. 1-2 Minuten braten. Anschließend den Wrap aus der Pfanne nehmen. Entweder mit Pfannenwender, wenn eure Pfanne einen Griff hat dann den Wrap herausschwenken oder vorsichtig, und mit Ofenhandschuhen, einen großen Teller auf die Pfanne legen und so wenden. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, wie der Wrap aus der Pfanne kommt.

Den nächsten Wrap in die Pfanne geben. Eventuell die Hitze der Kochplatte reduzieren und SuperWrap 1 nach Wunsch belegen und zuklappen.

Sind alle Wraps fertig, kann serviert werden.
