Ich habe für euch mal wieder eine Schlemmerei für Morgens, nämlich eine gesunde Frühstücksidee. Diese könnt ihr Zuhause oder auch auf Arbeit/ im Büro genießen.

Aber auch als Snack, wenn der kleine Hunger sich bemerkbar macht ist es eine wirklich tolle Idee. Die Zutaten könnt ihr, wie ich es so oft freilasse, abwandeln und abändern. Gut sättigend und schmackhaft ist die Speise, ich esse sie wirklich gerne.

Gesunde Frühstücksidee (vegan möglich)


Für eine große oder zwei kleine Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
250 g Topfen/ pflanzlicher Topfen/ Seidentofu
1 Banane
1 Handvoll gefrorene Himbeeren
1/2-1 TL Vanilleextrakt

Als Topping:
Frische Früchte wie Kiwi
Getrocknete Cranberries
Knuspermüsli

Außerdem:
Hohes Glas oder Schüssel

Zubereitung:

Topfen (oder Ersatzprodukt), Banane ohne Schale, gefrorene Himbeeren und Vanilleextrakt in den Mixtopf geben. Für 15 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 8 zu einer cremigen Masse verarbeiten.

In eine Schüssel oder ein hohes Glas geben.
Mit frischen Früchten, Knuspermüsli und getrockneten Früchten bestreuen und verzieren.

Sofort essen oder das Glas verschließen und mitnehmen.
Das Frühstück/der Snack sollte nicht zu warm gelagert werden, damit er auch am Nachmittag noch gut schmeckt.
