Als kleines Kind habe ich es geliebt meiner Oma beim Marmeladekochen über die Schulter schauen zu können. Früher, da hat es noch sehr viel Arbeit gemacht und war recht zeitintensiv. Aber es war jedes Mal auf neue ein wundervolles Erlebnis für mich.

Da meine Oma heute 86 Jahre alt wird, kam nur in Frage euch heute eine Marmelade zu zeigen. Als kleine Hommage an meine Oma, mit der ich bis heute ein sehr inniges und liebevolles Verhältnis habe. Meine Oma ist für mich eine sehr inspirierende Person, ich hoffe sie bleibt ihren Urenkeln und mir noch lange erhalten! 🙂

Erdbeer-Schoko-Marmelade (vegan)

Für 4-5 Gläser.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
1000 g frische Erdbeeren oder 900 g TK Erdbeeren
100 g Zartbitterschokolade
500 g Gelierzucker 2:1

Außerdem:
Sterile Gläser

Zubereitung:

Die Erdbeeren in den Mixtopf geben. Für 10 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 zerkleinern.
Den Gelierzucker hinzugeben und nochmals für 10 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 zerkleinern und vermengen lassen.

Deckel und Messbecher eingesetzt lassen und für 10 Minuten /100°C / Stufe 2 die Marmelade köcheln lassen.
Die Zartbitterschokolade in Stücke brechen und hinzugeben.
Wenn frische Erdbeeren verwendet wurden für 5 Minuten /100°C/ und Stufe 2 köcheln lassen.
Wenn TK Erdbeeren verwendet wurden für 8 Minuten /100°C/ und Stufe 2 köcheln lassen.

Die sterilen Gläser bereitstellen und die Marmelade noch heiß einfüllen und gleich verschließen.

Die Marmelade auskühlen lassen.
Sie ist mehrere Monate, an einem dunklen und kalten Ort gelagert, haltbar.
Geöffnet hält sie sich aber auch sehr gut im Kühlschrank.

Egal ob zu Palatschinken, Crêpes, Toast…sie schmeckt himmlisch!
