Es grünt so grün -Vegan Planet Wien

Ich bin etwas im Verzug mit den Artikel zur Vegan Planet Wien, denn ich war vor genau einer Woche dort. Durch ziemlich viele technische Probleme auf meiner Facebookseite, mussten diese erstmal ansatzweise bereinigt werden, damit ich euch nun ganz in ruhe von der Messe berichten kann.

Am Tag vor der Messe machte ich mir einige Gedanken wie diese werden würde. Ich habe mir meine Kleidung diesmal sogar vorher zurechtgelegt und dann gegrübelt ob meine Kleidung eigentlich vegan sei. Da viele Kleidungsstücke schon ewig im Schrank wohnen, sogar tolle Kleidung von meiner Mutter, als sie in meinem alter, war noch existiert, habe ich mir nie groß Gedanken über das Thema gemacht. Da ich aber auf eine vegane Messe gehe, war es für mich selbstverständlich nichts tierisches an mir zu tragen. Echtes Leder besitze ich nicht, Wolle nur sehr wenig und Pelz habe ich schon immer abgelehnt.

Innerlich habe ich gehofft, dass die Messe nicht zu sehr auf Belehrung und Aufklärung aufgebaut ist, sondern auch Nicht-Veganer langsam ankommen und sich nicht überrumpelt fühlen müssen. Für Veganer, oder welche die sich mit dieser Lebensart auseinander gesetzt haben, denn es ist weit mehr als nur kein Fleisch, Fisch, Käse, Butter etc. mehr zu essen, ist alles recht gut überschaubar, aber für jemanden, der sich damit noch nicht auseinandergesetzt hat ist es eine ganz andere Welt. Man stellt vieles in Frage, muss Antworten suchen und wird sicherlich auch manchmal sehr schockiert von der Wahrheit der
Lebensmittel- und Kleidungsindustrie sein, denn
diese kann sehr grausam und unappetitlich sein.

Alle Bedenken wurden schnell über einen Haufen geworfen. Die Messe war gefüllt mit Besucher. Grausame Fotos und Aufklärungsplakate gab es keine. Die Messebesucher schienen neugierig, es war alles sehr harmonisch untereinander, fast schon kam das Gefühl auf zu Gast bei Freunden zu sein. Natürlich gab es auch ab und an verwunderte Gesichter, da vieles neu erschien.

Da mein Hauptgebiet Lebensmittel sind, war ich an den Ständen, wo es etwas zu essen gab oder mit dem Thema zu tun hatte. Eine Partnermesse die anweisend gewesen ist war die ,,Yoga Planet“, wie der Name schon erahnen mag ging es dort um Yoga, Ayurveda und auch Vorträge wurden gehalten. Leider hatte nicht nicht so viel Zeit, sonst hätte ich mich sicherlich länger dort aufgehalten.



Die drei Messetage waren reichlich gefüllt mit Vorträgen, Kochshows und Workshops.
Es waren viele Aussteller anwesend, wie zum Beispiel Verival, Sat Nam, Catering Agape, Joya, by Dr. E., Green Heart, natürlich die Vegane Gesellschaft Österreich und viele weitere. Was ich etwas bemängeln muss, dass ich es vom Platz her sehr eng fand, was vielleicht auch daran lag, das mehr Besucher als erwartet die Messe besuchten. Und das es so gut wie keine Stühle gab, ich bin jung und dynamisch, aber auch einige ältere Leute waren dort, die mir 
schon sehr müde vom ganzen laufen erschienen.

Das Essen war wirklich köstlich und preislich auch sehr gut vertretbar. In vegane Facebookgruppen waren einzelne User unglücklich über die Essensauswahl, vielleicht haben sie sich mehr erwartet, aber ich fand das Angebot von veganen Burgern, Salat, gebratenen Gemüse und noch einigen anderen Speisen super. Man musste sich nicht Stunden durch eine Speisekarte wühlen, denn es war eine Messe, kein Restaurant. Es gab Brotaufstriche und Hummus kostenlos zum Probieren und keiner war böse, wenn man sich nochmal ein Stück genommen hat. Zumal bei einer größeren Auswahl an Speisen auch ein Bereich mit Tischen und Stühlen sinnvoll gewesen wäre, der aber nicht vorhanden war. verhungert ist sicher keiner. 😉

Viele Kinder liefen fröhlich herum. Ihnen schien die Messe sehr zu gefallen. Es gab auch ein Kinderprogramm um sie gut zu unterhalten, denn nichts ist schlimmer als Kinder die sich langweilen. 😀 Ich kenne es von meinen eigenen, denn dann werden sie ungemütlich, laut und man kann es ihnen auch mit den schönsten Dingen der Welt nicht recht machen.

Ich habe auf der Vegan Planet Wien sehr viele nette Gespräche geführt, vor allem habe ich mich sehr lange am Joya und By Dr. E. Stand aufgehalten. Die Messe war ausgefüllt mit sehr vielen netten und interessanten Menschen, man kam sich Willkommen vor, scherzte miteinander, obwohl man sich fremd war und dennoch waren sehr viele aufgeschlossen.

Meine letzte Station war das Yoga und Ayurveda Vierjahreszeiten Retreat Waldviertel. In der Luft lag ein Gewürzduft, der mich die ganze Messe über begleitete. Ich liebe Räucherstäbchen, Gewürzöle und den Duft von Blüten. Die liebe Teresa, die dort am Stand arbeitete, hatte ein Kurkumaöl, mit dessen sie den Besuchern eine ayurvedische Handmassage anbot.

 

Liebend gerne hätte ich die Massage auch in Anspruch genommen, durch die Kamera hätte ich mir aber keine öligen Fingern erlauben dürfen, daher habe ich nur zugeschaut und mir etwas zu den bestimmen Massagepunkten an den Händen erklären lassen. 


Am Ausgang wartete noch ein Joya Stand, bei dem man sich einen Joghurt für den Heimweg mitnehmen konnte. Eine Kaffeemilch gab es auch noch, aber die konnte man nicht ohne Kaffee trinken, also durfte diese für den nächsten Kaffee in die Tasche wandern.

Ich habe meinen Joghurt auf den Weg zur U-Bahn gegessen, er war nicht nur ein kleiner Nachtisch, sondern auch ein Ausklang von diesem tollen Messetag. Ich freue mich schon nächstes Jahr auf die Vegan Planet Wien. ♥
