Wie jedes Jahr haben wir am 14.02. Valentinstag. Ich glaube den Tag kann sich fast jeder merken. Schade wäre es, wenn man der Person, die man liebt/gern hat nur an diesem Tag eine Freude bereiten möchte. Aber der Tag bietet sich halt an…

Schon Anfang Februar wird man im Supermarkt von Herzschachteln, gefüllt mit Pralinen, und Rosen, Geschenksets…etc. beinahe angesprungen. Selbst wer Valentinstag verdrängen möchte, wird es nicht leicht schaffen. Dabei kann man sich auch selbst eine Freude bereiten. Ganz egal ob ihr für jemand anderen, für euch alleine, für eure Eltern etwas plant, wir haben eine schnelle und leckere Idee für euch.

Wieso wir?? Naja…eigentlich mein Mann, der euch gerne ein Rezept vorstellen möchte, welches einfach ist und vor allem schnell geht. Für alle, die mal wieder etwas überrumpelt wurden und vergessen haben (oder keine Lust drauf haben) ein 3 Gänge-Menü auf die Beine zu stellen.

Sind wir mal ehrlich…warum zu Valentinstag ein mega Buffet aufstellen, wo man Stunden in der Küche verbringt, Stunden mit dem Abwasch zu tun hat…viel schöner ist es doch der anderen Person etwas zu schenken, was alles andere übertrumpfen lässt. Gemeinsame Zeit!

Für die „Amor Herzen“ benötigt ihr 5 Minuten. Den Rest erledigt euer Backofen. 🙂

Für 3 große Amor Herzen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 2 Packungen Blätterteig
  • 1 Tonkabohne
  • 1 Zitrone
  • Rote Grütze, Fruchtpüree etc.
  • Vanillepudding, je fester desto besser
  • 1 EL Mandelmilch

Außerdem:

*Ich kann euch zwar nicht meinen Mann ausleihen, aber sollte euer Mann nicht wollen, dann bereitet die Amor Herzen einfach zu und verspeist sie demonstrativ neben ihm…ob ihr teilt ist euch überlassen. 😀

Zubereitung:

Sehr stolz bin ich, euch mitteilen zu dürfen, dass es zu diesem Rezept ein Video gibt. Anhand der Größe der Hände -und der Stimmlage, die tiefer als meine ist-, könnt ihr euch schon denken, wer sich die Aufgabe angenommen hat. Mein Mann ist sonst für den Schnitt meiner Videos zuständig, daher war es für ihn Neuland. Aufgeregt und nervös hat er sich dem angenommen und wie ich finde, sehr toll und mit einem leckeren Ergebnis seine „Mission“ erfüllt. Aber seht doch selbst:
