Diese Einstellung verstehe ich voll und ganz, dennoch kann ich sie nicht immer einhalten. 😉
Ich liebe es zu backen, egal ob im Hochsommer oder im Winter, wenn ich nicht backen dürfte würde ich wahrscheinlich unter Entzug leiden, meine Hände würden beginnen zu zittern, ich wäre nervös und würde tafelweise, ja mehr als 3 😉 , Schokotafeln in ganz kurzer Zeit verschlingen.
Da ich das umgehen, euch aber durchaus ein tolles Rezept präsentieren möchte, wurde eine super coole Torte, die ganz ohne Backofen auskommt, „gebacken“.
Ananas-Marillen Torte
Für eine 28Ø Springform!
Benötigt wird:
♥300g Biskotten/Löffelbiskuits
♥150g weiße Kuvertüre
♥50g Butter
♥1 Dose Ananasstücke
♥1 Dose Marillen
♥250ml Ananassaft (z. B. aus der Dose)
♥4 frische Eier, nicht älter als 5 Tage!
♥80g Zucker
♥Saft einer halben Zitrone
♥500ml Sahne
♥12 Blatt Gelatine oder 1 Beutel Agartine ( Je nach nach Hersteller kann die Mengenangabe abweichen!)
Außerdem:
♥Weiße Schokolade, als Deko
♥Band
Zubereitung:
In einem Gefrierbeutel mit einem Hammer 200g Biskotten zerkleinern. Die Brösel in eine Schüssel geben, die weiße Schokolade mit der Butter zusammen in einem Wasserbad schmelzen, anschließend zu den Bröseln in die Schüssel geben und gut verrühren. Backpapier in eine Springform spannen und die Brösel hineingeben und gut mit einem Löffel an den Boden drücken. Die aufgehobene Biskotten mit einem Messer halbieren, sie an den Springformrand stellen und gut an den Boden festdrücken. Die Springform kühl stellen!
Die Ananasstücke und Marillen abtropfen lassen, die Marillen in Stücke schneiden und beides beiseite stellen. Eier mit Zucker in einem Wasserbad miteinander verrühren, bis eine cremige, dickflüssige Masse entstanden ist.
Agartine nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten/ die Gelatine in kaltem Wasser für 10 Minuten einweichen lassen. Die Gelatine ausdrucken und in einem Topf bei schwacher Hitze auflösen lassen. Gelatine/Agartine vorsichtig in die Eimasse rühren, dann den Ananas- und Zitronensaft hinzugeben. Die Masse kalt stellen.
Die Sahne mit Zucker steif schlagen. Vorsichtig unter die Eimasse die Sahne und die Ananas- und Marillenstücke heben, die Creme anschließend auf den kalten Tortenboden geben und für mindestens 6 Stunden kühl stellen, besser über Nacht.
Den Springformrand lösen, die Torte dekorieren und die Torte mit einem Band schmücken.
