Bounty Rosen & Silikomart Easy Choc Rose

Jeder kennt ( und liebt ?! ) Bounty. Ein leckerer Schokoriegel, gefüllt mit einer Kokosmasse.
1951 wurde Bounty „geboren“, wuchs in Großbritannien und Kanada auf und kurze Zeit später lies er auch die Herzen in anderen Ländern höher schlagen. 🙂 Mit einer Ausnahme -die USA! Denn die haben einen ähnlichen Schokoriegel, der sich Mounds nennt, dieser wird mit einer Zartbitter Schokolade überzogen. Bounty eigentlich mit Vollmilch Schokolade…eigentlich…
aber nicht bei mir 😀 Bei mir ist er auch kein Riegel, sondern eine kleine Rose 😉

Bounty Rosen




Ich habe eine Form von silikomart * benutzt, denn diese hat nicht nur eine schöne Rosenform, sondern eignet sich auch hervorragen für Pralinen.
Man könnte aber auch drin backen, denn sie ist:

♥ +230°C Hitzebeständig
♥ man kann sie einfrieren ( -60°C )
♥sie ist Spülmaschinengeeignet  
♥sie ist Mikrowellengeeignet



 
Nun widmen wir uns aber den Rosen!


Für die Bounty Rosen benötigen wir:

♥150 g Zartbitter Kuvertüre
 
♥15 EL Kokosflocken
♥4 EL Kokosmilch
♥2-4 EL Agavendicksaft 

 

 

 
1.) In einem Wasserbad erwärmen wir die Schokolade, bis sie geschmolzen ist.
Mit einem kleinen Löffel geben wir etwas der Schokolade in die Silikonform
und verstreichen diese so, dass auch die Ränder schön ummantelt sind.
Wenn das erledigt ist wird die Form in den Kühlschrank gestellt, so kühlt
die Schokolade schneller aus und verläuft nicht mehr.
 
Die restliche Schokolade warm halten, wir brauchen sie nochmal!



2.) Nun wird die Kokosmasse zubereitet.
Wir verrühren die Kokosflocken mit der Kokosmilch.
Dann geben wir den Agavendicksaft hinzu, es soll ein
schöner Kokosbrei entstehen.  Wenn dieser zu trocken erscheint 
gibt man noch etwas Kokosmilch hinzu.

Die Silikonform wird aus dem Kühlschrank genommen und
die Kokosmasse wird auf die Schokolade gestrichen, bis 
alles schön gefüllt ist. Sie muss recht fest reingedrückt werden,
damit sie später nicht hinauskrümelt.  



3.) Zum Schluss verschließen wir unsere Pralinen.
Dafür wird eine dünne Schicht Schokolade vorsichtig über die
Kokosfüllung gegeben und schön gleichmäßig glatt gestrichen.

Dann ab damit in den Kühlschrank…bis zum Servieren! 😉


Ich finde sie super lecker und meine Familie anscheinend auch 😉
Denn als ich sie nur für 3 Minuten aus den Augen gelassen habe,
waren alle meine Rosen aufgefuttert 😀

 
Übrigens sind die Bounty Rosen vegan, denn die meisten Zartbitter Schokoladen
sind ohne tierische Produkte hergestellt.  Ab einen Kakaoanteil von 70% kann 
man sicher davon ausgehen, dass die Schokolade vegan ist. Auch viele ab 50% 
sind schon vegan. Wer sicher gehen will liest die Zutatenliste 🙂
