Chai-Verpoorten-Latte

Als ich damals mit meiner Tochter schwanger war, hatte ich immer einen unglaublichen Gusta auf eine Chai-Latte, da diese aber wohl Wehen begünstigt und auslösen kann habe ich das Verlangen bis kurz vor der Geburt unterdrückt. Auch wenn es mir nicht immer leicht fiel 😉

Da ich heute eine kleine Frostbeule bin, kam es mir gleich in den Sinn eine Chai-Latte, schön auf der Wohnzimmercouch eingekuschelt mit einer Decke, zu genießen. Durch mein Experiment der Espresso-Verpoorten-Mousse mit Cranberrysauce  von vorgestern hatte ich noch die fast volle Flasche Verpoorten rumstehen, die natürlich auch verbraucht werden muss. Also kreierte ich ganz spontan und fix eine Chai-Verpoorten-Latte, die hervorragend Körper und Seele von innen erwärmt. ♥

Chai-Verpoorten-Latte
 

Für 3 Tassen/Teegläser
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥400ml Chai-Tee, frisch aufgebrüht
♥100ml warme Milch/Planzenmilch (z.B. Mandelmilch)
♥100ml Kaffee, frisch aufgebrüht
♥1 EL Vanillezucker
♥etwas Zimt
♥etwas Vanilleextrakt
♥20ml Verpoorten, Eierlikör
 
Außerdem:
 
Übrigens sind die auf dem Foto verwendeten Gläser von ♥ Bloomix und wurden mir zum Testen und Fotografieren zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen lieben Dank dafür, sie sehen nicht nur sehr chic aus, sondern halten nun auch meine Getränke schön warm oder im Sommer dann erfrischend kalt.
 
 
Zubereitung:
Die Milch mit Vanillezucker, Zimt, Vanilleextrakt und Verpoorten mithilfe des Stabmixers in einem sehr hohen Gefäß aufschäumen. Den Tee und Kaffee dazugeben und nochmals kurz aufschäumen. In die Tassen/Teegläser verteilen und warm servieren.
 
Natürlich könnt ihr auch den Eierlikör weglassen oder einen anderen Likör eurer Wahl hinzugeben.
