Diese leckeren Cheesecake Bowls könnte ich momentan täglich essen. Sie schmecken sooo gut und sind sekundenschnell zusammengerührt.

Wenn ihr Käsekuchen mögt, dann musst ihr die Bowls unbedingt ausprobieren. Entweder in einer großen Schüssel oder in mehreren kleinen.

Auch praktisch für eure Grillparty (als Dessert), beim Picknick oder als gesunder Snack auf den Spielplatz. Mögen Kinder, wie auch Erwachsene. Und ihr benötigt nur eine handvoll Zutaten.

Für 1 große Bowl oder 4 kleinere.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 400g Kokosjoghurt (oder Sojajoghurt)
  • 1 EL Agavendicksaft
  • 1-2 EL Speisestärke
  • Etwas Vanille (Pulver oder Extrakt)
  • 80-100g Erdbeeren

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Den Koko- oder Sojajoghurt ins Nussmilchtuch geben und abtropfen lassen. 1-2 Stunden wären super. Länger geht natürlich auch.

Die Erdbeeren waschen, das Grün entfernen und halbieren oder vierteln.

Abgetropfter Joghurt, Speisestärke, Vanille und Agavendicksaft verrühren. Ist mein Joghurt fest, reicht 1 EL Speisestärke, ist er noch etwas flüssig verwende ich 2 EL. Mein Vanilleextrakt ist selbst hergestellt, davon verwende ich ungefähr 1/2 TL. Aber gemahlene Vanilleschote, Vanillepulver oder frisches Vanillemark funktioniert ebenfalls.

Meine Erdbeeren sind super süß, deshalb brauche ich in der Cheesecakemasse nicht viel Süße. Die Erdbeeren unter die Masse heben.

In eine Bowl geben. Oder in mehrere kleine verteilen.

Den Ofen auf 180°C vorheizen. Eine große Bowl, mit der ganzen Masse befüllt, benötigt 25-30 Minuten Backzeit. Kleinere Bowls um die 12-15 Minuten.

Da es im Sommer sehr heiß ist, verwende ich gerne meine Heißluftfritteuse. Diese muss in meinem Fall nicht vorgeheizt werden. 170°C für 22-25 Minuten kommt eine große Bowl hinein. Kleine Bowls benötigen dagegen nur 9-12 Minuten.

Natürlich könnt ihr auch andere Früchte benutzen. Stachelbeeren und Rhabarber sind auch klasse, dann aber unbedingt mehr Süße verwerden. Ganz egal ob Äpfel, Birnen, Nektarinen, Zwetschgen…einfach schauen was ihr im Haus habt und in eure Cheesecake Bowl geben. Mit Erdbeeren ist sie aber mein Liebling!
