Saftfasten leicht gemacht? Detox Saftkur Box

Detox, ein Begriff der durch viele Instagramprofile und den Medien geistert. Fast so gut wie jeder hat schon mal davon gehört. Aber kennt ihr auch schon die Detox Saftkur? Ich durfte mich mit dem Thema etwas genauer beschäftigen und möchte euch über meine Erfahrungen berichten. Aber nicht nur diese mit euch teilen, ich habe in den Tagen auch ein paar Tipps aufsammeln können, wie man so eine Kur angenehmer und leichter gestalten kann.

Detox Box – 3 Tage Saftkur

Was ist eigentlich Detox?

Ganz kurz umschrieben, Detox leitet sich von >detoxication< ab und bedeutet soviel wie Entgiftung und Entschlackung. Gifte/Schlacken sollen während einer Kur aus dem Körper gespült werden und für ein wohleres Empfinden sorgen. Oft wird auch von einer Abnahme des Körpergewichts berichtet, was aber nicht bei jedem stattfinden muss.

In meiner Detox Box, die für 3 Tage vorgesehen war, haben sich 18 Säfte und ein Detox Shot befunden. Pro Tag werden 6 von diesen Säften getrunken, jeweils mit einem Zeitabstand von 2-3 Stunden. In der Broschüre, welche mitgeliefert wird, sind nicht nur Tipps zu finden, sondern auch eine empfohlene Reihenfolge, wie man die Säfte trinken sollte.

Geschmack und Informationen zu den Säften?

Das habe ich euch in einem Video festgehalten, denn ich weiß wie wichtig es für viele von euch ist vorher schon eine Vorstellung von den Säften zu bekommen.

Warum die Säfte nicht selber pressen?

Natürlich kann man die Säfte in der Saftkurzeit auch selber pressen. Aber wenn ich ehrlich zu mir sein müsste, ich würde es so nicht mal 4 Stunden durchhalten. Zutaten einkaufen, Säfte herstellen, alles säubern, für Unterwegs abfüllen und verpacken…dafür ist mir meine Zeit einfach zu knapp. Wer keine passenden Geräte oder Zeit besitzt, findet mit der Box einen tollen Einstieg ins Thema Detox Saftkur. Wer anschließend noch länger dran Interesse zeigt, der kann sich dann immer noch zum Selberpressen informieren. Für mich kam es nicht in Frage und ich finde es auch gar nicht schlimm das öffentlich zuzugeben.

Saftfasten, wie beginnt man damit?
-Oder auch was ich falsch gemacht habe.

Wichtig ist, man sollte mit dem Kopf dabei sein, Stress vermeiden und sich gesund fühlen. Und da wären wir auch schon bei dem Punkt, welcher bei mir von Beginn an ziemlich schief gelaufen ist. Stress ist für mich momentan wenig zu vermeiden, die Saftkur aufschieben würde sich nichts bringen, dann könnte ich wahrscheinlich die letzte Woche vor Weihnachten erst starten. Der Kopf war dabei, die Gesundheit scheinbar nicht. Ich habe mich nämlich matt und erschöpft gefühlt, wollte dennoch auf meine eigene Verantwortung starten.

Tipps vor dem Beginn der Saftkur!

Esst nicht wie ich den Tag vorher noch um 23 Uhr zwei Teller mit Spaghetti und Knoblauch-Tomatensauce. Startet leicht und mit gut verträglichen Mahlzeiten ins (Vor-)Fasten. Am besten Gerichte ohne Fleisch, Fisch, Milchprodukte und Eier. Suppen bieten sich sehr gut an, da gibt es auch für heiße Sommertage kalte Suppen.

Freut euch auf das Experiment! Mit einem Magengrummeln zu starten bringt euch nicht weit.

Gut schlafen, ausreichend Wasser trinken und lächeln.

Und wie lief der erste Tag ab?

Die Box stand vor der Tür, als ich diese um kurz vor 8 Uhr öffnete. Wie versprochen von der Lieferei, waren die Säfte pünktlich und kühl geliefert worden. Ich begann gleich den ersten Saft zu trinken, der nicht nur gut schmeckte, sondern auch für mich als Frühstücksmuffel eine gute Alternative zum Toast darstellte. Der Tag verging, ich trank brav meine Säfte und hatte gar kein Hungergefühl. Selbst wenn ich zwei Säfte ausgelassen hätte, es hätte mich nicht groß gestört.

Am Abend ging es ins Bett und ganz leichte Kopfschmerzen zeigten sich. Diese waren aber nicht stark genug um etwas unternehmen zu müssen.

Tag 2. Anders als der erste?

Der zweite Tag startete gut, allerdings merkte ich nach dem dritten Saft, dass er mir ziemlich auf den Magen schlug. Mir war zudem auch recht schwindelig und kalt. Bei 34°C zog ich mir Kuschelsocken und eine Jacke über. Komische Blicke der Familie waren vorprogrammiert. Übeltäter waren meiner Meinung nach nicht die Säfte, sondern eine Verkühlung, die es sich bei mir bequem machte. Der zweite Tag wurde durchgezogen, da ich mir das Ziel gesetzt habe nicht vorzeitig abzubrechen. Bis…

Tag 3. Abbrechen oder weiterkämpfen?

Ich habe in meinem Leben gelernt, dass es oft anders kommt als man denkt, hofft oder es sich erwünscht. Tag 3, ganz früh gegen 3 Uhr morgens, machte mein Kreislauf total schlapp und mir ging die Saftkur förmlich nochmal durch den Kopf. Der Blutdruck war im Keller und dann wurde mir recht schnell bewusst, ich brauche etwas zum Essen um mich zu stabilisieren und Kraft für das Nötigste zu finden. Und was lernen wir alle aus der Geschichte?! -Wenn möglich, dann verschiebt euer Fasten, bis ihr gesund seid und euch wohlfühlt. Wer meint ich konnte gleich normal essen, der hat weit gefehlt. Toast, Banane, Nüsse…alles brachte mir Magenschmerzen. Da nur wenige Stunden später ein stressiger Tag anstand, sammelte ich alle Kraft, schlief etwas und knabberte vorsichtig an einem Scherzl (Endstück von einem Brot).

Auch wenn es hier nicht reinpasst, da es nur schwach etwas mit meiner Erfahrung vom Saftfasten zu tun hat, aber es brennt mir sehr auf der Seele. Ich muss es einfach loswerden. Von anderen Bloggern habe ich auch mitbekommen, dass sie das Saftfasten für sich ausprobieren. Jemand war sehr fleißig am posten -Namen werden nicht genannt, da es mir nicht darum geht die Person bloß zu stellen- und berichtete wie ich über seine Safttrinkerei. Am Tag 3 stand früh ein Eventbesuch an, mit Buffet und ich traf diese Person dort, die sich noch mitten im Fasten befand. Dachte ich, denn ein prall gefüllter Teller mit Brot und weiteren Leckereien sah nicht danach aus. Während ich nichts außer eine trockene Scheibe Brot, trotz Abbruch der Saftkur, vertrug hatte diese Person richtig Freude am Essen. Und warum es mich stört? Ich weiß aus zuverlässiger Quelle (das wollte ich schon immer mal schreiben 😀 ) das die Person für das Saftfasten einen netten Betrag auf ihrem Konto überwiesen erhält. Ganz nebenbei, ich habe es unentgeltlich gemacht. Mir geht es hauptsächlich darum, dass diese Person einen Betrag von den harten 3 Saftfastentage schreiben wird, ihre Leser hinters Licht führt und sich wahrscheinlich dabei den Bauch streicheln wird. Bei Unehrlichkeit reagiere ich einfach sehr allergisch! Genau das ist ein Grund, weshalb wir Blogger von vielen Lesern nicht mehr ernst genommen werden, wenn wir eine Rezension zu irgendetwas schreiben. Jeder muss es selbst mit seinem Gewissen ausmachen, ich für meinen Teil möchte nicht in dieser Schein- und Schummelwelt leben.

Genug gesudert, aber ich glaube ihr versteht warum es raus musste. ich wäre sonst irgendwann richtig geplatzt und das wollte ich euch ersparen. 😀

Damit wir nach über 1000 Wörtern auch mal zum Abschluss kommen. Langsam erhole ich mich, die Verkühlung zieht ab und ich werde Tag 3 nachholen. Einfach für mich, damit ich mir selbst sagen kann, wenn auch mit Umwegen, durchgehalten zu haben.

Ich fand die Tage sehr intensiv und interessant, habe mich mehr mit dem Thema beschäftigt und meine Mutter dafür angesteckt. Diese möchte nämlich auch mal den Selbstversuch starten. Der Abschluss. Was mache ich bei Hungerattacken?

Wenn ihr es wirklich nicht mehr aushalten könnt, aber nicht aufgeben möchtet, gibt es einiges zur SOS-Hilfe. Obst und Gemüse könnt ihr essen, roh natürlich. Auch Nüsse bieten sich an zu knabbern. Oder ihr macht euch eine Gemüsebrühe, diese ist zwar flüssig, aber ihr hat einen würzigen Geschmack im Mund. Wer keine Notfallkost finden möchte, der kann auch spazieren gehen, sich die Zähne putzen oder einen Akupressurpunkt zwischen Nase und Oberlippe für 15 Sekunden drücken. Klingt verrückt, hilft aber bei den meisten.

    Da ich selbst gerade eine Saftfastenkur vor habe, kam dein Artikel gerade zur rechten Zeit?.
    Bloß schade, dass die Säfte in Plastikflaschen abgefüllt sind! Ich finde es nicht gut etwas so gesundes in Plastik abzufüllen- das widerspricht sich meiner Meinung.

    Übrigens mag ich deinen Blog wirklich sehr gerne und du bist so eine sympathische Person! Freue mich immer über neue Videos von dir!
