Frozen Joghurt mit Himbeere

Der erste Blogartikel in 2015. Wahnsinn wie schnell 2014 vergangen ist, oder?? Ich wünsche euch allen ein farbenfrohes, gesundes, erfolgreiches und tolles neues Jahr. ♥

Dem Speiseeis sehr ähnlich ist Frozen Joghurt. Es wird mit Joghurt, wie der Name schon erahnen lässt, zubereitet und schmeckt sehr frisch. Variable mit allen möglichen Früchten wurde es erstmals 1970 in Neuengland angeboten. Seither hat es eine große Popularität erreicht und gibt es nun abgepackt im Supermarkt, in fast jeder Gelateria und in Frozen-Joghurt-Shops zu kaufen.

Mein persönliches Frozen-Joghurt-Jahr war 2014, im Sommer die perfekte Erfrischung und im milden Winter ein schnelles Dessert. Aufpeppbar ist es mit vielen Süßigkeiten, wie Keksen, Gummibärchen und auch Schokoladenstückchen. Und es ist sogar veganisierbar.

Frozen Joghurt mit Himbeere und Zartbitterschokolade

Für 2 Portionen
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥300g Joghurt (veganer Joghurt von Joya)
♥50g Staubzucker
♥180g gefrorene Himbeeren
♥etwas Zartbitterschokolade (mindestens 75% Kakaoanteil)
Außerdem:
♥Hohes Gefäß
♥Gläser zum Anrichten
 
 
Zubereitung:
Joghurt, gefrorene Himbeeren und Staubzucker in das Gefäß geben und kurz pürieren. Nicht zu lange, da die Masse sonst zu warm wird und schmelzen könnte.
Wenn Joghurt und Himbeeren homogen zusammengeführt wurden, kann die Masse in Gläser verteilt werden. Ich habe Doppelwandgläser benutzt, diese sind super geeignet um Eis und Frozen Joghurt länger als gewöhnlich kalt zu halten.
Die Zartbitterschokolade in kleine Stücke schneiden und den Frozen Joghurt damit verzieren.
Und schon kann die Schlemmerei beginnen. 🙂
Ihr könnt den Frozen Joghurt ganz nach euren Geschmack verändern. Das Einzige was wichtig ist sind die gefrorene Früchte, die ihr auch selber einfrieren oder tiefgekühlt im Supermarkt kaufen könnt. Wenn euer Pürierstab nicht leistungsstark genug ist, empfehle ich euch die Früchte ein paar Minuten auftauen zu lassen.
