Mein Sohn liebt dieses Gericht! Er isst sonst nur ungern Zucchini und Kohl, aber so hat er nichts zu beanstanden. Die gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse sind richtig schnell zubereitet und so schmackhaft.

An Gemüse wähle ich, was immer im Kühlschrank liegt. Da kann man total vielseitig abwandeln. Auch Gemüsereste lassen sich ideal verbrauchen.

Wir verwenden am liebsten Mie-Nudeln. Diese gibt es aus Weizenmehl, Dinkelmehl oder sogar aus Reismehl und Buchweizenmehl. Somit könnt ihr die Speise auch glutenfrei kochen.

Gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse I 10 Minuten Rezept

Für 4-6 Portionen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 250g Mie-Nudeln
  • Gemüse nach Wahl
  • 2 EL Sesamöl
  • 2-3 EL Sojasauce
  • Gewürze wie: Zitronengras, Ingwer, Bockshornklee, Koriandersaat, Knoblauchgranulat
  • Prise Meersalz
  • Chilisauce

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Die Nudeln nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten.

Das Gemüse putzen und in Stücke schneiden. Oder wie ich es mache, das meiste Gemüse durch den Spiralschneider kurbeln.

An Gemüse verwende ich: 2 kleine Brokkoli, 1 Zucchini, 4 Karotten, 2 Jungzwiebeln, 1/2 Chinakohl, 200g Champignons

Das Öl in den Wok geben und erhitzen. Dann rasch das Gemüse braten. Als erstes mit dem Gemüse beginnen, welches am längsten benötigt um angebraten zu werden.

Mit Sojasauce ablöschen. Die Gewürze hinzugeben. Ebenfalls die Nudeln. Alles einmal kräftig verrühren und dann servieren.

Wir essen die gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse aus Schüsseln. Sesam und Chilisauce kommen noch drauf, so schmeckt es noch himmlischer.
