Dieser Gemüse-Pasta-Salat ist eine geniale Resteverwertung von Gemüse. Jedes Gemüse, welches man noch übrig hat oder gerne isst, ist in dem Salat willkommen. Zumal ist der Salat schnell und einfach zubereitet. Da nur Gemüse etwas zu langweilig werden könnte, wird noch Pasta unter dem Salat gehoben.

Man kann ihn lauwarm oder kalt genießen. Zum Grillen, Picknick oder für eine Jause mitnehmen. Auch habt ihr die Wahl ihn vegan zu belassen -vielleicht noch mit Räuchertofu bestreuen- oder ihn vegetarisch zu servierten -mit Feta, Parmesan oder Mozzarella-.

Gemüse-Pasta-Salat (vegan)

Für eine Schüssel|eine Servierplatte.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
250 g Pasta (z. B. Farfalle)
Wasser
6 EL Olivenöl
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Paprika
250 g Champignons
1 große Zucchini|zwei kleine Zucchini
4 Tomaten
(Meer-)Salz
Pfeffer
1 TL Essig
1 EL Paprikamark
1 TL frisches (griechisches)Basilikum

Außerdem:
Pfanne
Schüssel|Servierplatte

Zubereitung:

Die Pasta nach Packungsanleitung bissfest kochen. Abgießen und mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken.

Das Gemüse waschen und säubern. Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein würfeln. Das restliches Gemüse in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Olivenöl in eine Pfanne geben, Zwiebel und Knoblauch drin glasig dünsten. Zucchini und Paprika hinzugeben und für 3-5 Minuten braten lassen. Nun die Champignons und Tomaten in die Pfanne geben und auch diese einige Minuten mitbraten lassen.

Die Pfanne vom Herd nehmen. (Meer-)Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Paprikamark und griechisches Basilikum unterrühren und alles 20 Minuten durchziehen und etwas abkühlen lassen.

Die Pasta in eine Schüssel|auf dem Servierteller geben. Das Gemüse drüber verteilen, gut durchmischen, nochmal abschmecken und gegebenenfalls nachwürzen. Kühl stellen oder direkt servieren.

That year proved to be a decisive one for Bitcoin, as the currency underwent two price bubbles in the same year, followed by a multi-year slump in price. Until today, only a few country explicitly allowed Bitcoin’s use and trade, most country have difficulties to classify Bitcoin, and some country, such as China have banned the use of Bitcoin. Although most countries in the world holds different policy against Bitcoin, it certainly did not slow down Bitcoin’s development. We can see this from the Fig. 1, Bitcoin price has the same tendency in exchange of CNY and UD dollar.
