Köstliche, vegane Hefe-Fruchtschnecken

Hefegebäck kennen und essen viele sehr gerne. Manche bezeichnen den Hefe-Teig als Diva unter den Teigen, ich finde ihn aber sehr zugänglich. 🙂 Ich möchte euch ein einfaches Rezept zeigen, wo der Teig garantiert gelingt.

Meine Hefe-Frucht-Schnecken fülle ich am liebsten mit selbst hergestellter Marmelade, aber auch gekaufte kann man sehr gut verwenden. In Österreich heißt Hefe eigentlich Germ, aber mit Germ-Fruchtschnecken wüssten einige von euch sicher nicht was ich meine. 😀

Hefe-Fruchtschnecken (vegan)

Für circa 12 Stück.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
Für den Teig:
150 g Pflanzendrink
1 EL Agavendicksaft
1/2 Pck. Trockenhefe
250g Mehl
etwas Vanilleextrakt
1 EL Sonnenblumenöl
Prise (Meer-)Salz

3-4 EL Marmelade
15g Pflanzendrink

Außerdem:
Auflaufform /Backform
Fett für die Form /Backtrennmittel

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten für den Teig verkneten. In der Schüssel abgedeckt für mindestens 1 Stunde ruhen lassen.

Auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche ausrollen. In der Form eines Rechteckes. Den Teig mit der Marmelade bestreichen und von der langen Seite aus zu einer Rolle aufrollen.

Den Teig in 12 Scheiben (Schnecken) schneiden. Diese in die eingefettete Backform legen. Für 30 Minuten ruhen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit den Backofen auf 180°C Ober-/ und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Die Teigschnecken mit etwas Pflanzendrink bestreichen und für 20-25 Minuten backen. Warm oder kalt servieren.

Wenn man möchte, dann kann man einen Guss aus Staubzucker, Zitronensaft und Wasser drüber verteilen.
