Σάλτσα πάπρικα -schneller Paprika 3 in 1 Dip

Dip, Sauce und Aufstrich in einem 🙂 Für faule Köche nicht nur geeignet, sondern auch für welche mit einem randvollen Terminkalender. Für den Dip benötigt man nur wenig Zutaten und er schmeckt richtig schön nach Paprika.

Paprika 3-1 Dip (vegan möglich)
Σάλτσα πάπρικα

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
300g Frischkäse/ veganer Frischkäse
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 gegrillte, eingelegte Paprika
1 rote Spitzpaprika
1/2-1 TL (Meer-)Salz
Schwarzer Pfeffer
1 TL Thymian, getrocknet

Außerdem:
Pürierstab
Schüssel

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben. Mit einem Pürierstab zu einer gleichmäßigen, stückfreien Masse verarbeiten. Für mindestens 2 Stunden kühl stellen und durchziehen lassen.

Für Brot und Gemüse zum Dippen. Als Aufstrich für Brot oder Pita. Kalt auf warme Spaghetti geben, als cremige Sauce.

Wer den Dip etwas roter haben möchte, der gibt 1 EL Tomaten- oder Paprikamark hinzu. Auch Feta macht sich sehr gut im Dip.
