Karotten-Tomaten-Suppe I aromatisch und einfach

In mein Suppenherz schaffen es nur sehr wenige Suppen. Deshalb gibt es auch nicht all zu viele Rezepte von mir zum Thema Suppen, aber wenn eines kommt, könnt ihr euch sicher sein, dass es mich überzeugt hat.

Neben der griechischen Zitronensuppe, der rumänischen Salatsuppe hat sich eine neue Suppe auf unseren Teller eingeschlichen. Eine Karotten-Tomaten-Suppe. Die Inspiration dafür hat mir der Sender Kabel1 gegeben, mit seiner ,,Mein Lokal, dein Lokal“ Sendung. Wie ihr euch denken könnt, wurde in einem Restaurant eine Karotten-Tomaten-Suppe gekocht…nur leider sehr fad gewürzt. Salz, Zucker und Piment. Fertig!

Karotten-Tomaten-Suppe

Das war mir viel zu langweilig und ich habe meine eigene Version der Karotten-Tomaten-Suppe kreiert. Mit vielen Aromen, die den Gaumen abholen. Ich wäre gespannt, was Mike Süsser zu meiner Suppe sagen würde. 😀

Für 4 Portionen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Zwiebel, Knoblauchzehe und Karotten vorbereiten. Die Zwiebel schälen und vierteln, die Knoblauchzehe schälen und die Karotten waschen oder schälen und in Stücke schneiden.

Das Öl in einen hohen Topf geben und Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Karottenstücke andünsten. Ruhig 5 Minuten.

Anschließend mit den Dosentomaten und Wasser ablöschen. Die restlichen Zutaten hinzufügen, einmal alles aufkochen und dann für 25-30 Minuten köcheln lassen.

Die Suppe vom Herd nehmen und pürieren. Eventuell mit etwas Wasser verdünnen.

Nun abschmecken, anrichten und servieren.

Sollte ein Rest von der Suppe übrig bleiben, eignet sie sich am nächsten Tag gut als Sauce zu Pasta. 🙂
