Schmackhafte Marzipan-Maroni-Bratäpfel

Mögt ihr auch so gerne Bratäpfel? Ich habe bestimmt schon 2 Jahre keine mehr gegessen. Es gibt keinen Grund warum, aber es musste schnellstens nachgeholt werden.

Mit den Marzipan-Maroni-Bratäpfel schafft ihr nicht nur ein tolles Bauchgefühl, sondern auch eine Geschmacksexplosion im Mund. Fruchtig-süß und durch die Maroni auch schön nussig.

Marzipan-Maroni-Bratäpfel (vegan)

Für 4 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
4 Äpfel
250 g Marzipan
Saft 1 Orange
1 TL Rosenwasser
Prise Lebkuchengewürz
100 g Maroni, gekocht
4 TL Alsan/ Margarine
circa 2 TL braunen Zucker

Außerdem:
Messer/ Kerngehäuseausstecher
Löffel/ Melonenlöffel
Schüssel

Zubereitung:

Den Ofen auf 200°C Ober-/ und Unterhitze vorheizen.

150 g Marzipan in Stücke reißen und in eine Schüssel geben. Rosenwasser, Orangensaft und Lebkuchengewurz hinzugeben. Etwas verkneten.

Die Maroni und die restlichen 100 g Marzipan unterkneten.

Die Äpfel waschen und den Stiel und das Kerngehäuse sorgfältig entfernen. Mit einem (Melonen-)Löffel das entstandene Loche etwas erweitern und dann mit der Füllung füllen. Mit einer Alsan-/ Margarineflocke belegen, pro Apfel einen halben TL braunen Zucker verteilen und anschließend in den Ofen geben.

Für 20-25 Minuten backen.
Noch warm genießen.

Je nach Sorte kann der Apfel fester oder weicher gebacken sein.
Vanillesauce oder Vanilleeis passen hervorragend dazu.
Auch ein schönes Dessert für die Weihnachtsfeiertage.
