Die Maroni Sauce ist eine Idee meines Mannes. Er hat sie für uns gekocht, ich habe das Rezept angepasst und verfeinert und nun ist sie meiner Meinung nach eine richtig aromatisch, cremige Bombe.
Die Penne in Maroni Sauce sind für alle etwas, die helle Pastasaucen und Maroni lieben. Die Maroni geben einen tollen nussig-lieblichen Geschmack. Zu Penne passt die Sauce ausgezeichnet, aber natürlich dürfte man auch zu einer anderen Pasta greifen. Wie Fussili, Spaghetti…
Ihr benötigt für die Koch- und Zubereitung maximal 20 Minuten. Die Penne in Maroni Sauce sind daher familientauglich und ein absolutes Blitz-Rezept.
Für 4 Personen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 500 g Penne
- 1 weiße Zwiebel
- 1 Knoblauchzehe
- 1-2 EL Öl
- 80-100 g Maroni, vorgegart
- 250 ml Hafersahne
- 100 ml Wasser mit Gemüsebrühe
- Salz, Pfeffer…
