Ihr benötigt für die Koch- und Zubereitung maximal 20 Minuten. Die Penne in Maroni Sauce sind daher familientauglich und ein absolutes Blitz-Rezept.

Die Penne nach Packungsangabe kochen. Zwischenzeitlich die Sauce zubereiten.

Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und kleinschneiden. In einer Pfanne mit Öl andünsten. Maroni hinzugeben.

Mit Hafersahne und Gemüsebrühe ablöschen. Salzen, Pfeffern und aufkochen lassen. Für 10 Minuten sanft köcheln lassen.

Die Sauce cremig pürieren und abschmecken. Gegebenenfalls nachwürzen.

Die Penne unterrühren und servieren.
