Pizza Wrap-Cones I Blitzvariante mit Wraps

Ich lese überall, dass auf den Sommer gewartet wird. Also bei uns sind zwischen 32°C-34°C und es ist sooo warm. Da will man nicht lange in der Küche stehen und großen Appetit habe ich auch nicht wirklich.

Vielleicht kennt ihr Pizza Cones. Eigentlich wird ein Pizzateig hergestellt, in der Form eines Cone/Kegel gebacken und dann gefüllt. Ich habe diese ein bisschen abgeändert. Damit es schneller geht, werden Wraps verwendet.

Pizza Wrap-Cones

Für 12 Pizza Wrap-Cones.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 6 Wraps
  • 12 Zahnstocher
  • Zutaten zum Füllen: Tomatensauce, Mais, Käseersatz, vegane Salami…
  • Airfryer oder Ofen

Zubereitung:

Die Wraps in der Mitte halbieren. Jede Wraphälfte zu einem Kegel rollen und diesen mit einem Zahnstocher fixieren.

Bei 180°C für 3 Minuten in den Airfryer geben. Oder den Ofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen und die Wrap-Cones für circa 5 Minuten backen.

Kurz auskühlen lassen, dann den Zahnstocher entfernen.

Die Tomatensauce noch ein bisschen nachwürzen und dann in den Wrap-Cones verteilen. Nach Lust und Laune die weiteren Zutaten drin verteilen. Gleich servieren!
