Kaffee, Kakao oder ein Tee dazu…himmlisch. Manchmal muss es nicht mehr sein. Und wisst ihr was? Da die Kekse ohne Mehl und Zucker auskommen, liegen sie nicht schwer im Magen. Auch für Babys ab 8 Monaten sind sie geeignet.

Ruckzuck Schokokekse I ohne Mehl und Zucker

Für 10-12 Ruckzuck Schokokekse.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Außerdem:

  • Backblech mit Backpapier

Zubereitung:

Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Die Bananen schälen und mit einer Gabel zu einem Brei zerdrücken.

Mit dem Nussmus, den Mandeln und dem Kakaopulver gut verrühren.

Immer eine esslöffelgroße Teigmenge aufs Backpapier setzen. Zum nächsten Keks einen Abstand einplanen.

Die Schokolade grob hacken und die Kekse damit bestreuen.

Für 10-12 Minuten backen. In ganz seltenen Fall, falls eure Kekse größer und dicker geraten sind, bitte bis zu 15 Minuten backen.

Das Backblech aus dem Ofen nehmen und die ruckzuck Schokokekse kurz etwas abkühlen lassen.
