Auf der Kirmes oder dem Christkindlmarkt anzutreffen. Champignons in Knoblauchsauce! Gehören für mich einfach dazu.
Am liebsten mit einer Scheibe Weißbrot und einer Tasse Kinderpunsch. Wärmt toll auf und läutet die Weihnachtszeit schön ein.
Auch in Rumänien wird dieses Gericht sehr gerne gegessen. Es ist einfach, preisgünstig und für viele Personen geeignet. Die Menge aus dem Rezept könnt ihr problemlos verdoppeln oder verdreifachen.
Für 2-3 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 500g Champignons
- 1 EL Öl
- 1 Zwiebeln
- Mindestens 2-3 Knoblauchzehen
- Etwas Meersalz
- Zwei Prisen Pfeffer
- eine Prise Paprikapulver, geräuchertes
- tiefkühl oder frische Kräuter (Petersilie, Rosmarin…)
- 250g Crème fraîche Ersatz
Zubereitung:
Die Champignons putzen und von der Erde befreien. Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen schälen und kleinschneiden.
Das Öl in eine Pfanne geben. Zwiebel- und Knoblauchzehenstücke hinzugeben und für 3 Minuten andünsten.
Nun dürfen die Champignons hinterher. 2 Minuten mitdünsten, dann die Temperatur etwas reduzieren. Die Gewürze und Kräuter hinzugeben. Je nach Größe der Champignons sie 5-8 Minuten garen.
Den Herd ausschalten und 10 Minuten warten. (Restwärme nutzen) Es sollte nicht zu viel Flüssigkeit von den Champignons in der Pfanne sein, ansonsten diese abschöpfen. Crème fraîche Ersatz in die Pfanne geben und alles gut miteinander vermengen.
Noch warm servieren!
Tipp: Statt Crème fraîche Ersatz kann man auch super, 2 Stunden abgetropfter, pflanzlichen Joghurt verwenden.
