Sorgenkillende Sahne-Karamell Bonbons

Jeder kennt es, manchmal hat man Sorgen/Ängste, die einem schwer im Bauch liegen. Richtig schwer, wie ein Mount Everest direkt in der Körpermitte.
Damit ihr für Prüfungen, schwere Tage…usw. vorsorgen könnt habe ich für euch die perfekten Mutmacher!

Sahne-Karamell Bonbons

Was wir benötigen:
♥250g Sahne
♥250g Zucker
♥1/2 TL Salz
♥Mark einer Vanilleschote
 
Außerdem:
♥Eine Backform(Blech) mit Backpapier ausgekleidet!
 
 
Nun geht es los:
 
Sahne, Vanillemark, Salz und den Zucker in einem großen Topf geben. Unter rühren aufkochen lassen. Danach die Herdplatte auf eine niedrige Stufe einstellen und für 25-35 Minuten (je was man für eine Konsistenz haben möchten) vor sich hin köcheln lassen. 
 
Schnappt euch am besten ein gutes Buch und bleibt am Topf stehen, denn ihr müsst die Karamellmasse ziemlich oft umrühren!
 
 
 
Wenn ihr mit der Konsistenz zufrieden seit gebt ihr die Masse in die vorbereitete Backform.
Nach 10 Minuten schneidet ihr mit einem Messer vorsichtig die Masse in kleine Stücke (lasst sie dabei aber noch in der Form, also nur anschneiden!).
 
Nur noch 2 Stunden warten und schon könnt ihr die fertigen, leckeren Bonbons aus der Form lösen.
 
Sie sind länger als 3 Monate problemlos haltbar, schützt sie aber vor Wärme und Feuchtigkeit!
