Mein absolutes Wundermittel bei Erkältungen und dieser Erkältungssirup schmeckt auch noch. . Von meiner Oma wurde das Rezept an mich weitergegeben. Wie auch schon viele andere Naturheilmittel. 🙂 Dieser „Wunder“sirup heilt nicht nur, er ist auch noch vegan, lecker und gut auf Vorrat herzustellen.

Erkältungssirup (vegan)


Für Kinder ab 2 Jahren geeignet.

Der Sirup darf nicht vor einer Operation oder hohen Fieber (39,5°C bis 40,5 °C) eingenommen werden. In Falle einer Schwangerschaft bitte mit einem Arzt Rücksprache halten. 🙂

Benötigte Zutaten:
❤1 Ingwerknolle
❤2 Zitronen
❤1/2 TL Fenchelsamen
❤200g Zucker
❤400g Wasser
