Schnelle Strudelchips I Party-Snack I für Filmeabende I Fingerfood

Strudelchips klingt im ersten Moment total anders und ungewohnt. Ich habe sie mal auf einer Veranstaltung kennengelernt und war gleich hellauf begeistert.

Da sie so einfach zum Zubereiten sind, sind sie ein idealer Snack wenn Besuch kommt. Aber man kann sie auch zu einer Party mitnehmen oder sie ganz alleine genießen. Entweder reicht man dazu ein Dip oder man isst sie pur. Ich habe sie schon mal zu einer Tomatensuppe gereicht und sie kamen richtig gut an.

Strudelchips (vegan)

Für eine große Portion.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
Strudelteig, 5 Blätter
Neutrales Öl
1/2 TL Knoblauchgranulat
Etwas (Meer-)Salz
Pfeffer
Paprikapulver
Ungeschälten Sesam
Thymian, getrocknet
Sonnenblumenkerne

Außerdem:
Pinsel
Backblech

Zubereitung:

Das Öl mit dem Knoblauchgranulat vermischen. Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober-/ und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Ein Strudelblatt vor sich hinlegen und mit etwas von der Ölmischung bestreichen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und Sesam bestreuen. In kleinere Stücke, Dreiecke oder Rauten, schneiden und auf das Backblech geben. Ich belege es gerne mit Backpapier.

Die Strudelchips für 6-8 Minuten knusprig backen. Zwischenzeitlich die anderen Blätter vorbereiten.
Ihr könnt sie zum Beispiel mit Knoblauchöl, Meersalz, Thymian und Sonnenblumenkerne abwandeln.

Die Strudelchips kühlen sehr schnell aus.
Serviert dazu ein Dip oder reicht eine Suppe dazu.
