Thermomix-Thursday #1 Nektarineneis mit Lavendelzucker + Basilikum-Kaper-Tomatensauce

Seit einer Woche bereichert meine Küche ein Thermomix. Schon nach dem ersten Tag fingen wir an uns anzufreunden und sind seither unzertrennlich. Und euch lasse ich an dieser Freundschaft teilhaben.

Wenn ihr mir auf Facebook folgt, dann werdet ihr schon von meiner neuen Blog-Rubrik gehört haben. Es wird nun wöchentlich, jeden Donnerstag, den Thermomix-Thursday geben. In dieser Rubrik möchte ich mit euch meine Erfahrungen zum Thermomix teilen, euch Rezepte präsentieren und gerne eure Fragen beantworten.
Starten wir nun also mit meiner ersten Thermomix-Woche. ♥
 
 
Beginnen wir ganz am Anfang, mit Tag 1:
Für um 10 Uhr war er angekundigt, mein neuer Wegbegleiter in Sachen Kochen, Backen und Einkochen. Die Nacht vorher habe ich voller Vorfreude und Euphorie kaum ein Auge zu bekommen. Ja, ich musste mich regelrecht schon zwingen etwas abzuschalten, nach einen halben Liter Lavendeltee habe ich es sehr gut hinbekommen. 🙂
Als es dann endlich 10 Uhr wurde, diesmal hatte ich zum Entspannen einen halben Liter Pfefferminztee getrunken, klingelte es schon an der Tür. Ich hatte das große Glück, dass mir nicht nur der Thermomix gebracht wurde, sondern ich auch gleichzeitig mein Erlebniskochen hatte. Beim Erlebniskochen wird einen der Thermomix vorgestellt und es wird gekocht, zusammen mit einer Repräsentantin, die alle Fragen beantwortet und einen mit Tipps zur Seite steht.
Um an einen Erlebniskochen teilzunehmen muss man keinen Thermomix besitzen, denn es ist auch dafür da um die Entscheidung zu treffen, ob der Thermomix überhaupt zu einen passt.
Mit Sylvia, meiner Repräsentantin, habe ich eine interessante Thermomixgenussreise erlebt, die ich euch gerne zeigen möchte:
Die erste Station war Frankreich. Frisches Vollwert-Baguette. Sehr lecker, knusprig und ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass der Thermomix es schafft den Teig zu kneten.
Kurz danach ging es weiter nach Italien. Ein Beereneis, welches wirklich unglaublich fruchtig schmeckte, war bei meinen Kindern der absolute Renner. Auch dies stellte für den Thermomix kein Hindernis da.

 

Weiter Richtung Mittelmeer. Ein mediterraner Käseaufstrich, der perfekt zum Baguette passte. Mit Feta und frischer Petersilie hatte er ein tolles Aroma.

Diesen Rohkostsalat stellte der Thermomix in 5 Sekunden her. Unglaublich, oder?? Er bestand aus Apfel, Paprika, Brokkoli und Pinienkerne.

Zum krönenden Abschluss gab es ein Hauptgericht. gedünstetes Gemüse, mit Reis und einer hellen Paprikasauce. Alle Gerichte, die ihr seht wurden in weniger als zwei Stunden hergestellt. Ein Thermomix-Erfahrener bekommt diese schmackhaften Gerichte in noch weniger Zeit hin.

Damit ihr nicht mit Informationen überschüttet werdet, werden euch Zubehör und dessen Gebrauch anhand von passenden Rezepten erklärt. So kann ich besser drauf eingehen, ihr bekommt eine bildliche Vorstellung und die Blogartikel werden nicht zu lang gehalten. Das Lesen und Miterleben soll euch schließlich eine Freude bereiten.
Stück für Stück, Woche für Woche, von Thermomixspatel bis hin zum Varoma-Deckel arbeiten wir uns langsam durch. 🙂
Der Thermomix-Thursday wird sehr lange präsent auf den Blog sein, somit könnt ihr jederzeit Fragen und Rezeptwünsche loswerden. ♥
Tag 2-6:
Ganz löblich, habe ich als erstes die Bedienungsanleitung durchgelesen. Ich muss ehrlicherweise zugeben, dass ich sonst eher der Typ Mensch bin, der auf Knöpfe herumdrückt und abwartet was passiert. Da der Thermomix allerdings kein Spielzeug und er sehr wertvoll ist, hätte ich ein ungutes Gefühl gehabt mit meiner gewohnten Methode vorzugehen. Und es war sehr hilfreich. Man lernt das Gerät aus technischer Ebene besser kennen und bedienen.
Der erste Pudding- oder auch, warum ich Milchreis nun liebe
Verlockend ist es, mit den Chip vom Thermomix zu kochen. Er ist wie ein digitales Kochbuch, du kannst nichts falsch machen und er sagt dir wann, was und wie viel dein Gericht noch braucht. Er nimmt die Angst vor Fehlern weg und füllt den Magen mit allerhand Leckereien.
In meinen Fall mit sehr viel Leckereien. 😀
Vanille- und Schokopudding hieß meine erste Mission. Die Misson wurde erfolgreich gestartet und zufriedenstellend beendet. Kurz danach, also am Morgen von Tag 3, begann der Tag mit frischen Bürli, natürlich aus dem Thermomix. Wenn ich euch aufschreibe, was ich alles in der Woche gekocht habe, dann kommt ihr aus den Kopfschütteln wahrscheinlich gar nicht mehr raus. 😀 Und sogar Milchreis, obwohl ich ein riesen Milchreisgegner bin, wenn nicht der größte auf der Welt, schmeckt mir. Ich habe eine kleine Portion gemacht und zum Schluss durfte ich diese noch mit Mann und Kindern teilen. Verrückt, oder?? 🙂 Ich kann nicht genau erklären woran es lag, aber der Milchreis war fest, dennoch cremig und nicht voll gesogen mit Milch. Mit Zimt und Zucker war er einfach nur himmlisch.
Am Tag 4 fühlte ich mich stark genug für eine eigene Kreation. Spaghetti standen auf dem Plan der Kinder, die stehen sehr oft ganz weit oben und dafür muss immer eine leckere Sauce da sein. Durch den 2,2 Liter Volumen des Mixtopfes, eignet er sich sehr gut zum Vorratkochen. Auch Marmeladen, die in einer späteren Woche dran kommen werden, kann man super einkochen. Wer nicht auf Vorrat kochen möchte, der kann kleine Gläschen mit Sauce (etc.) an die Familie und Freunde verschenken.
Basilikum-Kapern-Tomatensauce (vegan)
Für circa 750ml Sauce a 3x 250ml Glasflaschen
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥820g Tomatenstücke aus der Dose
♥100g Zwiebeln, halbiert
♥2 Knoblauchzehen
♥20g Kapern
♥40g Öl (ich habe Olivenöl benutzt)
♥1 TL Zucker
♥1 TL Salz
♥Pfeffer nach Geschmack
♥3 EL Tiefkühl-Basilikum
Außerdem:
♥Glasflaschen
Zubereitung:
Knoblauch, Zwiebel, Kapern und Öl in den Mixtopf geben.
Auf Stufe 5 für 5 Sekunden zerkleinern. Anschließend 5 Minuten, bei 120°C, Stufe 1 andünsten lassen.
Gewürze und Tomatenstücke in den Mixtopf geben. 17 Minuten, bei 100°C, Stufe 2 köcheln lassen.
Nach der Kochzeit den Basilikum hinzugeben und 15 Sekunden bei Stufe 5 pürieren.
In sterile Gläser füllen und gut verschließen oder rasch zu Pasta servieren.
Dunkel und kühl gelagert ist die Sauce mehrere Monate haltbar.
 
Nach dem leckeren Erfolgserlebnis vom vorigen Tag wurde am Tag 7 gleich weiter gekocht. Schwer war die Entscheidung, was ich euch in der ersten Woche für Rezept präsentieren möchte, es gibt so viel leckeres. Schließlich ist die Entscheidung auf ein fruchtiges Eis mit einer blumigen Note gefallen.
 
Lavendelzucker vegan)

Für 1 Schraubglas.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥180g brauner Rohrzucker
♥2-3 EL getrocknete Lavendelblüten
Außerdem:
♥1 Schraubglas
Zubereitung:
Zucker und Lavendelblüten in den Mixtopf geben. Bei Stufe 10 für circa 15 Sekunden pulverisieren.
In ein Schraubglas füllen und trocken lagern.
Der Zucker ist nicht nur für Eis, sondern auch in verschiedene andere Lebensmittel einsetzbar. Auf/in Keksen, im Tee oder in Schokolade. Wer Lavendel nicht gerne hat, der kann auch auch Rosenblüten oder Orangenblüten zu Blütenzucker verarbeiten.
Nektarineneis (vegan)
Für 4 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥2 EL Lavendelzucker
♥2 EL Agavendicksaft
♥300g Nektarinen, gefroren
♥100g Mandelmilch

 


Den Kern der Nektarinen entfernen und die Nektarinen in Stücke schneiden. Die Nektarinenstücke auf ein kleines Brett oder auf ein Minibackblech legen und sie einfrieren. Das ist wichtig, damit sie nicht aneinanderkleben. Nach 5 Stunden sind sie gefroren.



Die gefrorenen Nektarinenstücke, den Lavendelzucker und Agavendicksaft hinzugeben und für 10 Sekunden auf Stufe 8 zerkleinern. Wenn Fruchtstücke an der Mixtopfwand kleben, dann diese hinunter schieben.




Anschließend rasch die Mandelmilch zugegen und für 30 Sekunden bei Stufe 4 alles miteinander vermengen.

Sofort servieren, sonst schmilzt das Eis euch davon.
