Thermomix-Thursday #13 -am Freitag

Hurra, der Blog geht wieder. 🙂
Mit einem kleinen Manko, die angefangenen, noch nicht veröffentlichen, Blogartikel sind alle weg.
Da die diesmaligen Thermomixrezepte unter 5 Minuten Zubereitungszeit fertig sind macht das aber nichts, denn mindestens genauso schnell sind sie auch niedergeschrieben.

Ihr musstet euch schon einen Tag länger gedulden, wir werden gleich mit den Rezepten starten. 🙂

Mango-Shake (vegan)

 

Super cremig, richtig fruchtig und schön kalt.
Ohne Zucker, nur mit Fruchtzucker.
Für 2 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥1 Mango, kleingeschnitten und gefroren
♥400ml Mandelmilch, kalt
Zubereitung:
Gefrorene Mangowürfel zusammen mit der Mandelmilch in den Thermomix geben.
Für 1 Minuten /-/ auf Stufe 10 schön cremig mixen.
In Gläser geben und servieren.
Süßen in Form von Zucker ist nötig. darf aber wenn gewünscht gerne gemacht werden.
Anstatt von Mango kann man auch andere Früchte und Beeren verwenden.
Mein Sohn liebt Oreo. Ich finde sie auch ganz gut,
allerdings kann ich nie mehr als drei Stück essen.
Schon lange träumt er von einer Oreocreme, die man aus
Brot schmieren kann.
Oreocreme (vegan)
Für 1 Glas.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥150g Oreo-Kekse
♥50g Mandelsahne
♥50g Alsan/Margarine
♥Prise Salz
Zubereitung:
Die Oreo-Kekse in den Mixtopf geben.
Für 7 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 zerkleinern.
Alsan, Mandelsahne und Salz hinzugeben.
Für 5 Minuten /50°C/ auf Stufe 2 zu einer Creme verarbeiten.
Keine Sorge, erst wirkt das Ganze etwas fettig, aber nach den 5 Minuten hat sich alles zu einer schönen Creme verbunden.
Anschließend rasch in ein Glas abfüllen und auskühlen lassen.
Ungeöffnet, dunkel und kühl gelagert ist die Oreocreme bis zu 4 Monate haltbar.
Geöffnet würde ich sie innerhalb von 5 Tagen verbrauchen.
Auch in (Soja-)Joghurt, auf Früchten, als Kuchenfüllung und auf/in Eis ist die Oreocreme sehr lecker.
Zum Abschluss gibt es nun noch für euch ein Video. 🙂
Das Rezept stammt nicht aus meinen Federn, aber es ist wirklich klasse.
