Mein Sohn hatte Geburtstag. Er liebt Oreo Kekse und hat sich dementsprechend auch eine Oreo-Torte gewünscht. Wie hätte ich dazu nein sagen können?

Viele wissen nicht, dass Oreo Kekse vegan sind. Ich finde sie etwas zu süß, aber die Kinder bekommen sie häufig von Verwandten und Bekannten mitgebracht. Sie essen sie so unglaublich gerne. Ich habe auch schon mal ein Oreo-Schichtdessert gemacht, aber eine Torte ist ein ganz anderes Highlight.

Die Oreo-Torte ist eine Kühlschranktorte. Das heißt, sie muss nicht gebacken werden. Die Herstellung dauert nur wenige Minuten. Ihr könnt die Torte auch super mit Kindern zusammen zubereiten.

Für eine kleine Torte.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Die Kekse in einem Mixer zerkleinern. 5-6 EL davon entnehmen und an die Seite geben. Den Rest mit der geschmolzenen Margarine verrühren. Den entstandenen Teig in die Springform geben, diese eventuell vorher mit Backpapier auskleiden. Auch die Ränder der Springform mit dem Teig auskleiden. Kühlstellen bis zur weiteren Verarbeitung.

Die Sahne steif schlagen, gerne zur Hilfe ein Päckchen Sahnesteif nehmen. Die Schokolade schmelzen, bei ungefähr 35-40°C, anschließend mit dem v. Frischkäse verrühren. Die steife Sahne unterheben. Die aufgehobenen Kekskrümel ebenso. Auch der Agavendicksaft darf hinzu. Die Creme in die Springform füllen, glattstreichen und alles über Nacht kühlen.

Wenn man möchte, kann jetzt noch nach Lust und Laune dekoriert werden. 😊
