Thermomix-Thursday #15 -Es herbstelt

Es wird kalt. Stiefel und Mantel liegen schon bereit und sind fast täglich in Benutzung.
Eigentlich bin ich keine Frostbeule, aber mir ist definitiv zu kalt.
In meinem Kopf herrscht noch ein Sommermodus, für Wind, Kälte und fallende Blätter ist noch kein Platz. In den nächsten Tagen soll es nochmal richtig schön warm werden, aber dann ist endgültig damit für dieses Jahr Schluss. Ich verdränge es noch ganz stark, aber meine Essgewohnheit passt sich langsam an das herbstliche Wetter an.

Heute gibt es leider nur zwei Rezepte für euch. Mein Sohn hat am Montag mit der Schule begonnen, es war noch echt viel zu erledigen und in den nächsten drei Tagen bin ich auf der Cake World. Dafür sind es leckere und schnelle Rezeptideen, eine sogar mit Video. 🙂

Gemüse-Stampf (vegan)

Für 2-4 Portionen:
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥500g Erdäpfel/Kartoffeln
♥100g Karotten
♥80g Mandelmilch
♥30g Mandelsahne
♥30g Alsan
♥1 TL Tomatenmark
♥Salz
♥Muskat
♥Pfeffer
♥Paprikapulver
Zubereitung:
Kartoffeln und Karotten schälen. In Stücke schneiden und in den Gareinsatz geben. Den Mixtopf mit 700g Wasser befüllen, Gareinsatz einhängen und für 26 Minuten /Varoma/ auf Stufe 1 garen.
Mixtopf ausleeren. Den Schmetterling einsetzen.
Mandelmilch und Mandelsahne in den Mixtopf geben, 2 Minuten /90°C/ auf Stufe 1 erhitzen.
Gewürze, Kartoffeln, Karotten, Alsan und Tomatenmark in den Mixtopf geben.
Für maximal 10 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 3 pürieren.
Der Gemüse-Stampf ist richtig schön locker.
Mit kleinen Stücke drin und nicht wie Kleister.
Im Grundkochbuch ist ein Kartoffelbrei drin,
der meinen Ansprüchen nicht gerecht wird.
Wenn es euch auch so geht, dann lade ich euch
herzlich dazu ein mal meinen Gemüse-Stampf
auszutesten. Die Karotten können auch weggelassen
und durch die gleiche Menge an Kartoffeln
ausgetauscht werden. Super schmeckt er auch mit
gelben Karotten, Sellerie und/oder Kürbis.
Heiße Gewürzschokolade (vegan)
Perfekt zum Aufwärmen nach einem anstrengenden Tag.
Schmeckt leicht nach Winter, aber noch nicht so sehr, dass man
in Geschenkkaufpanik gerät. 😀
Für 2 Portionen.
Benötigte Zutaten:
♥400g Mandelmilch
♥2 EL Zucker
♥1/2 EL Zimt
♥etwas Chili
♥1 Kadamonkapsel
♥1 Nelke
♥etwas Tonkabohnenabrieb
