Thermomix-Thursday #16 -Kokostag

Seit zwei Wochen stehe ich ganz brav um 6 Uhr auf, bin den ganzen Tag unterwegs, da Termine & hier Termine und abends komme ich ganz erschöpft nach Hause. Heute hatte ich frei, nichts zu tun und mein Kopf war im Lautlos-Modus…doch dann fiel mir ein, dass ja Donnerstag ist.

Eigentlich wollte ich heute mal gar nichts erledigen oder vorbereiten, da ich aber weiß, dass ihr auf den Thermomix-Thursday wartet habe ich mir zwei Rezepte überlegt, die ich super zum Entspannen nutzen kann und diese euch sicher auch gefallen. Eines habe ich verfilmt und das andere erscheint hier in schriftlicher Form. 🙂

Rosa Relax-Drink (vegetarisch/vegan abwandelbar)

Der Ideale Drink zum Entspannen.
Richtig schnell zubereitet, gesund und macht süchtig. 😀
Für 2 Personen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥200g gefrorene Erdbeeren
♥120g (Soja-)Joghurt
♥200g Kokosmilch
♥30g Zucker oder 10g Agavendicksaft
♥60g Eiswürfel
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten in den Mixtopf geben.
1 Minute /-/ Stufe 10 vermengen lassen.
In Gläser füllen und rasch servieren.
Statt Erdbeeren könnt ihr natürlich auch andere Früchte nehmen. 🙂
Kokosmus (vegan)
Der ideale Begleiter für die Herbstzeit.
Passt super in Currys, Supen (vor allem Kürbissuppe)
oder zum Frühstück auf Brot.
Alle wichtigen Informationen zum Kokosmus könnt ihr im Video entnehmen.
Bei der Herstellung muss man zwar neben dem Thermomix stehen bleiben und am
Knöpfchen drehen, aber es lohnt sich.
Für 1 großes Glas.
Benötige Zutaten:
♥400g Kokosflocken/Kokosraspel
♥1 EL Kokosöl

Heute war der Thursday kurz, knapp aber auch richtig lecker. 🙂
Meine Augen fallen schon beim Tippen zu, daher werde ich mich
nun auch ins Land der Träume begeben.
Für morgen ist der Terminplan schon wieder voll, aber besser
so, als wenn ich vor Langeweile nichts mit mir anzufangen
wüsste. 🙂
