Thermomix-Thursday #20 Kürbis ole

Auf jeden Blog kommt man nicht drumherum, der Kürbis ist überall.
Meine Kürbissuppe für dieses Jahr, ich esse nämlich nicht oft eine, habe ich schon gegessen und bin fast etwas froh es hinter mir zu haben. 😀 Es ist einfach nicht ganz so meins…
Was nicht an dem Geschmack liegt, sondern einfach daran, dass ich anderes halt lieber esse.

Süßes dagegen geht immer. 🙂 Und noch schöner ist es, wenn man ein altes Rezept, was super viel arbeit gemacht hat, im Thermomix mit kaum Aufwand hinbekommt. Ganzer Geschmack, für die Hälfte der Arbeit. 🙂

Apfel-Butternut Suppe (vegan)

 

 

Endlich eine Kürbissuppe, die richitg viele Aromen besitzt
und nicht so lasch daherkommt.
Für 4 Personen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥1 Zwiebel
♥1 EL Margarine
♥120g Apfel, in Stücke geschnitten
♥500g Butternut, in Stücke geschnitten
♥500g Wasser
♥1 EL Gemüsebrühpulver oder Paste
♥1 TL Ras El Hanout
♥etwas Salz
♥etwas Pfeffer
♥etwas Chili
♥etwas gem. Ingwer
♥Saft 1/2 Zitrone
♥60g Mandelsahne
Zubereitung:
Zwiebel schälen und in den Mixtopf geben. 5 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 5 zerkleinern.
Margarine hinzugeben und für 3Minuten /Varoma/ Stufe 1 andünsten.
Alle Zutaten, bis auf die Mandelsahne, hinzugeben und für 28 Minuten/ 90°C/ auf Stufe 1 köcheln lassen.
Anschließend die Mandelsahne zur Suppe geben und alles für 40 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 6 pürieren.
Warm servieren. Frisches Brot passt sehr gut dazu.
Im Thermomix-Video für diese Woche habe ich mal etwas experimentiert.
Gezuckerte Kondensmilch (vegan)
Ich glaube jeder kennt Kondensmilch, aber kaum einer stellt sie selber her.
Schon gar nicht vegan. Dabei benötigt man kaum Zutaten und sie ist kinderleicht im
Thermomix herzustellen.
 
Für 1 Glas.
Benötige Zutaten:
♥1 Liter Mandelmilch
♥300g Zucker
♥15g Stärke
♥2 TL Backpulver
Zubereitung im Video.
Zur Mandelmilch habe ich von einigen Wochen schon ein Video für euch veröffentlicht.
