Thermomix-Thursday #23 Punsch und Spinatspätzle

Als erstes muss ich mich bei euch entschuldigen, dass der Blogbericht einen Tag zu spät online kommt. Wer mir auf meiner Facebookseite folgt, der hat mitbekommen, dass mein Internet gestern „kaputt“ war. Auch heute ist es noch sehr langsam. Anfang nächster Woche soll laut Kundendienst des Internetunternehmens es wieder ganz normal funktionieren.
In 23 Thermomix-Thursdays ist es nun das zweite mal, dass sowas passiert ist. Ärgerlich, aber mir waren leider die Hände gebunden. 🙁

Dennoch bekommt ihr natürlich wie gewohnt ein Video und ein schriftliches Rezept. 🙂
bevor das Internet wieder ausfällt beginnen wir ganz schnell. 🙂 ♥

Punsch Winterzauber (vegan und alkoholfrei)

 
Dieser Punsch schmeckt wirklich richtig gut.
Er wärmt schön von innen auf, auch ideal, wenn man
sich eine Erkältung eingefangen haben sollte.
Für 4-6 Portionen.
Benötigte Zutaten:
♥1 Liter Wasser
♥200g schwarzer Johannisbeersaft
♥200g Apfelsaft, naturtrüb
♥1-2 EL Agavendicksaft
Zubereitung:
Oben im Video zu sehen. 🙂
Ebenso wie Punsch, gehören auch Spätzle zu meinen Winterklassikern.
Davon gibt es viele verschiedene Varianten, aber ganz besonders liebe
ich die mit Spinat hergestellten. Vor dem Thermomix habe ich immer mit
etlichen Gerätschaften in der Küche gestanden, damit ich sie zubereiten
konnte. Nun „werfe“ ich die Zutaten nach und nach in meinen Thermi und
er erledigt die Arbeit für mich. 😀 Da er zerkleinern, rühren, mixen und
vieles weiteres kann ist es für ihm ein Kinderspiel und ich kann  mir die
Wartezeit mit etwas anderen versüßen. 🙂
 Spinatspätzle (vegetarisch)
In Spätzleschaben bin ich nicht die Beste, wie man gut auf dem Foto erkennen
kann. 😀 Aber dafür schmecken sie genial.
Als Beilage für 4 Personen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥200 TK Blattspinat
♥300g Mehl
♥3 Eier, circa 160g
♥15g Wasser
♥50g Wasser
♥Salz
♥Prise Muskat, könnte man auch weglassen
Zubereitung:
Den Blattspinat mit den 15g Wasser in den Mixtopf geben. 10 Minuten /90°/ bei Stufe 1 auftauen lassen. anschließend für 5 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 8 zerkleinern.
Nun für 5 Minuten ohne Deckel im Mixtopf auskühlen lassen.
Nun alle restlichen Zutaten hinzugeben und 4 Minuten /-/ auf der Teigknetstufe zu einen schönen Teig verarbeiten, welcher Blasen wirft.
Nun muss der Teig nur noch in köchelndes Salzwasser geschabt werden und eure Spinatspätzle sind fertig. Das erkennt ihr übrigens daran, dass sie oben schwimmen. 🙂
Die Spinatspätzle könnt ihr als Beilage verwenden, mit Tomatensauce essen oder auch überbacken.
Meine Kinder sind keine Spinatfans, aber die Spätzle essen sie sehr gerne. 🙂
