Thermomix-Thursday #37 -Orange und Kiwi

Pudding, egal ob warm oder kalt, schmeckt einfach immer. Mit Aromen wie Orange und Rosenwasser wird er besonders lecker. Seit ich meinen Thermomix besitze bereite ich Pudding(s) noch viel lieber zu. Der Thermomix rührt, ich genieße. 😀
Vanille, Schoko und Erdbeerpudding kennt ihr schon von mir. Jetzt wird es orientalisch.

Orientalischer Pudding
mit Marzipan und Orange (vegan möglich)
 
Für 4 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
Saft einer Orange (circa 95-100g)
60g Zucker
10g Butter/ Alsan
40g Speisestärke
450g (Pflanzen-)Milch
Zubereitung:
 
 
Abgewandeltes Rezept aus der Mini-Fibel *Yummi Pudding
vom Landhaus-Team 
Schneller Kiwi Shake (vegan)

Wir haben immer mehr Kiwis da als wir essen könnten.
Ab und an wird mal eine gelöffelt.
Kiwis sind ein toller Vitaminlieferant, fruchtig und
leicht sauer. Warum also nicht zu einem Getränk
verarbeiten?
 
Für 2 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
4 Kiwis
230g Mandelmilch oder einen anderen Pflanzendrink
ein paar Eiswürfel
Zubereitung:
Die Kiwis schälen und in Stücke schneiden.
Alle Zutaten in den Mixtopf geben und für 10-15 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 6 zu einem Shake verarbeiten. In Gläser füllen und gleich servieren.


Der Shake hat eine schöne Farbe und auch Kinder trinken ihn sehr gerne.
Natürlich kann man außer Kiwi auch noch anderes Obst mit in den Shake
geben. Birnen und Äpfel hatten wir auch schon drin. Einfach alles ausprobieren
was der Obstkorb so zu bieten hat.
Nächste Woche wird es mal wieder etwas herzhafter. 🙂
