Vor einiger Zeit habe ich ein neues Zubehör für den Thermomix entdeckt. Da ich es für mehr als praktisch empfunden habe, wollte ich es mir natürlich mal genauer ansehen. Es geht um den MAXI Korb. Was das genau ist habe ich euch in wenigen Worten in meinem Video erklärt.

Natürlich habe ich auch gleich damit etwas gekocht. 🙂
Einen im Wasserbad gegarten lauwarmen Karottensalat.
Durch diese schonende Zubereitung hat er seine Aromen nicht verloren, sie treten noch mehr hervor und er schmeckt so richtig köstlich. Einfach gemacht, dennoch für wahre Feinschmecker geeignet.

Lauwarmer Karottensalat (vegan)

Für 3-4 Portionen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
500g Karotten, in Scheiben geschnitten
2-4 EL gutes Olivenöl
2 EL Zitronensaft
(Zitronen-)Pfeffer

Wieder nur ein Rezept??
-ja leider.
Ich habe momentan so viel um die Ohren,
dass mehr einfach nicht geht. Rezepte kreieren,
Videos drehen und schneiden dauert eine Weile 
und lässt sich nicht so einfach aus dem Ärmel 
schütteln. Neben dem Thermomix-Videos erscheinen
pro Woche (Dienstags und Sonntags) auch noch
„normale“ Videos. Um euch dauerhaft nur gute Rezepte,
hinter denen ich voll stehe, bieten zu können, habe ich
mich erstmal dafür entschieden es so zu handhaben.
