Letzte Woche gab es keine, jetzt gibt es sie aber wieder! Die HelloFresh Box für den Thermomix. 🙂 Zwei weitere Boxen folgen noch, welche nächste und übernächste Woche Dienstag geliefert werden. Was in der diesmaligen Box für Zutaten und Rezepte enthalten sind möchte ich euch gerne berichten.

Ich habe euch mal den Auspack-Moment in einem Video festgehalten. 🙂
Die Box ist mal wieder randvoll gefüllt mit frischen Zutaten.
Alles war gut gekühlt geliefert worden.

Die Rezepte klingel sehr lecker und besitzen auch eine akzeptable Zubereitungszeit. Wenige Zutaten wie: Butter, Öl, Essig, Senf, Honig, Gemüsebrühe, Salz und Pfeffer werden nicht mitgeliefert, da man die sowieso so gut wie immer im Vorratsschrank hat.

Was mich etwas irritiert hat ist, dass in meiner Box nur zwei Thermomix-Rezept waren. Das dritte war ein Jamie Oliver Rezept, welches ohne Thermomix zubereitet wurde/wird. Ich weiß nicht, ob mir vielleicht die falsche Rezeptkarte in die Box gelegt wurde. In meinem ersten Artikel zur HelloFresh Box habe ich erwähnt, dass es schön wäre wenn sich in der Thermomix-Box Rezepte von Jamie Oliver wiederfinden würden. Vielleicht habe ich deswegen dieses Rezept in der Box gehabt. Ich habe es dennoch sehr gerne nachgekocht und aufgegessen. 🙂

Jamies Zucchini-Risotto mit Büffelmozzarella
und frischem Basilikum

Tolle Aromen! Risotto kann man sich nicht aus dem Ärmel schütteln (außer der Thermomix bereitet es zu) aber es lohnt sich. 🙂 Ich habe statt Weißwein Gemüsebrühe verwendet, damit die Kinder auch mitessen konnten. Dieses Rezept stammt aus Jamie Olivers Feder und wer Jamie kennt, der weiß, dass Chili in seinen Rezepten nicht fehlen darf. Dieser hat allerdings nicht den Weg auf die Kinderteller gefunden.

Mediterrane Zucchini-Tarte
mit Ziegenfrischkäse und Kräutern (+ ein Salat)
IMG_2562Bei diesem Rezept konnten nicht nur meine Kinder mithelfen, sie haben die Tarte auch richtig verschlungen. Sogar der Salat war schnell weggefuttert. 😀 (sonst essen sie keinen Rucola, aber selbst zubereitet wird sogar der gegessen) Ein schnelles Rezept und kinderleich in der Zubereitung. Und hübsch sieht es auch noch aus, wie ich finde.

Frisches Gemüse in sahniger Erdnuss-Sauce
mit Mie-Nudeln

Dieses Rezept habe ich für euch verfilmt. Es hat mir sofort sehr gut gefallen. Auch vegan kann man es sehr leicht umwandeln.

Nach dem Probieren und Essen kann ich nun auch sagen, dass es fabelhaft schmeckt. Auch mein Mann war richtig begeistert. Die Sauce würde auch sehr gut zu Reis passen. 🙂

Für 4 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
40g geröstete Erdnüsse
1 Bund Schnittlauch
400g Champignons
200g Zuckerschoten
2 Jungzwiebeln
400g (Soja-)Sahne
60g Erdnussbutter
250g Mie-Nudeln
2 EL Zitronensaft
1 EL Öl, neutrales
(Meer-)Salz
Pfeffer

Außerdem:
2 kleine Schüsseln
Wasserkocher
Topf

Zubereitung:
Gemüse und Kräuter waschen und putzen. Champignons in Scheiben schneiden, Zuckerschoten halbieren, Jungzwiebeln in Ringe schneiden und den Schnittlauch in grobe Stücke schneiden.

Erdnüsse in den Mixtopf geben, für 2 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 7 zerkleinern. In eine Schüssel umfüllen. Den Schnittlauch in den Mixtopf geben und für 3 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 6 hacken, auch in eine Schüssel umfüllen.

Champignons, Zuckerschote, Jungzwiebeln und 1 EL Öl in den Mixtopf geben. Für 5 Minuten /120°C/ Stufe 0,5 /Linkslauf dünsten.

Die (Soja-)Sahne und Erdnussbutter hinzugeben. Den Messbecher nicht einsetzten, als Spritzschutz das Garkörbchen auf den Deckel setzen. Für 13 Minuten /95°C/ Stufe 0,5 /Linkslauf die Sauce kochen.

In der Zwischenzeit die Mie-Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten. (Ich verwende immer kochendes Wasser aus dem Wasserkocher.) Die Mie-Nudeln abgießen und mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken. Den Zitronensaft runterrühren.

Die Sauce nur noch mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Mie-Nudeln mit der Sauce servieren. Zerkleinerte Erdnüsse und Schnittlauch drüber streuen.

Beim Kochen sind mir drei Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, die ich euch nicht vorenthalten möchte. 1. Laut Rezeptfoto wird das Gemüse in der Pfanne zubereitet, laut Rezept im Thermomix. Ich habe es dann nach dem Rezept im Thermomix zubereitet. 2. Die Garzeit der Mie-Nudeln musste verlängert werden. Im Rezept war sie zu kurz angegeben. 3. Ein wirklich schönes Rezeptfoto, aber leider sieht man anhand der Sauce, dass das Gericht auf dem Foto nicht im Thermomix zubereitet wurde. Ich finde das etwas schade, denn ich mag authentische Fotos lieber. Für diejenigen, die es nachkochen könnte es etwas enttäuschend sein, wenn ihr Gericht anders aussieht.

Alles betrachtet bin ich diesmal recht angetan von der Box. Sie kommt noch nicht komplett perfekt daher, aber hat sich zur ersten schon verbessert. Ich bin gespannt wie die nächste Box sein wird, die mir am Dienstag der Paketbote bringen wird. 🙂
