Thermomix-Thursday #6 Poolparty-Feeling

Wenn ich meinen Thermomix-Thursday plane, dann ist mir wichtig, dass die Rezepte zueinander passen. Sie sollen schnell zubereiten, lecker und wenn es geht noch recht kostengünstig sein.

Ich versuche auch immer ein Gleichgewicht zwischen veganen und vegetarischen Rezepten herzustellen, damit für jeden etwas dabei ist. 🙂 ♥
Heute gibt es kein Thermomix-Grundwissen, dafür drei Rezepte, die auf keiner Poolparty fehlen dürfen. In den anderen Thermomix-Thursday´s habe ich euch schon von den vorhandenen Stufen, dem Schlagmesser, dem Varoma, meinem Erlebniskochen und die Guided-Cooking-Funktion berichtet.
 
Zur Begrüßung der Gäste reicht man ein Aperitif.
Nicht nur eine soziale Funktion hat er, er regt auch den Appetit an, stimmt auf einen tollen Abend ein und ist perfekt um die Zeit zu überbrücken, bis die letzten Gäste eingetroffen sind.
Mein Vorschlag für euch: Sekt mit Pfefferminzsirup
Für die kleinen Gäste und die, die keinen Alkohol trinken, könnt ihr den Pfefferminzsirup auch in Wasser oder etwas Apfelsaft geben.
Griechischer Pfefferminzsirup (vegan)
 
Für eine kleine Flasche.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥10g frische Pfefferminze
♥3 EL getrocknete Pfefferminze
♥200g Zucker
♥1 EL Zitronensaft
♥100g Wasser
Außerdem:
♥1 kleine Flasche
♥sauberes (Mull-)Tuch
♥Sieb
♥Schüssel
Zubereitung:
Die frische Pfefferminze waschen und gut abtupfen. Zusammen mit Zucker und der getrockneten Pfefferminze in den Mixtopf geben.
8 Sekunden auf Stufe 10 zerkleinern.
Den Zitronensaft und das Wasser hinzugeben.
Für 7 Minuten, Varoma, auf Stufe 1 aufkochen lassen.
Da wir einen Sirup ohne Blattstücke haben möchten, müssen wir ihn nun durch ein Tuch gießen. Ich nehme dafür immer ein (Mulltuch mit Sternchen drauf 😀 ). Dieses wird nach jeder Benutzung sauber, auf Stufe Kochwäsche der Waschmaschine, gewaschen und nur für diese Zwecke verwendet.
Nicht vergessen eine Schüssel zum Auffangen des Sirups darunter zu stellen.
Den Mixtopf kurz ausspülen und den Sirup wieder hineingeben.
Für 4 Minuten, Varoma, auf Stufe 1 nochmal kurz aufkochen lassen.
In eine Flasche füllen und auskühlen lassen.
Ungeöffnet ist der Sirup 4 Monate haltbar.
Geöffnet bis zu drei Wochen.
Wer möchte, der darf den Sirup auf gerne über eine Granita geben.
Perfekt harmoniert er mit einer Wassermelonen-Granita.
Und das Rezept dafür möchte ich euch nicht vorenthalten. 🙂
Wassermelonen-Granita(vegan)
 
Suuuper kalt und ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis.
Es ist in weniger als 1 Minute hergestellt und serviert.
Eure Gäste werden vor Freude um den Pool hupfen. 😉
Für 4 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥150g Wassermelone, Stücke ohne Kerne & ohne Schale
♥400g Eiswürfel
Außerdem:
♥Gläser
♥Löffel
Zubereitung:
Die Wassermelonenstücke und die Eiswürfel in den Mixtopf geben.
Für 10 Sekunden auf Stufe 8 mixen.
In die Gläser geben und rasch servieren.
Zu guter Letzt gibt es einen fast schon Poolparty-Klassiker.
Einen Pina Colada.
Um einen Sonnenstich besser entgegenzuwirken, wird meiner ohne Alkohol zubereitet.
Wer möchte, der darf natürlich gerne selber entscheiden und etwas Alkohol hinzumischen.
Einfach die Kokosmilch mit Batida de Coco austauschen. 😉 & bitte von neugierigen Kindern fernhalten.
Pina Colada(vegan)
Für 6 Portionen.
Folgenden zutaten werden benötigt:
♥100g gefrorene Ananas (es geht auch gefrorene Dosenananas)
♥80g Eiswürfel
♥120g Kokosmilch
♥500g Orangensaft, kalt
♥400g Ananassaft, kalt
♥5g Kokossirup
Außerdem:
♥Gläser
♥Trinkhalme
♥Eiswürfel
Zu dem Kokossirup habe ich euch vor einigen Wochen ein Rezept geschrieben. Ansonsten kann man ihn auch sehr gut kaufen.
Zubereitung:
Ananas und Eiswürfel in den Mixtopf geben und 10 Sekunden auf Stufe 8 zerkleinern.
Kokosmilch, Kokossirup, Ananassaft und Orangensaft hinzugeben. Für 20 Sekunden auf Stufe 6 vermischen.
In Gläser füllen, Mit Eiswürfel und Trinkhalm servieren. & natürlich genießen. 🙂
Es würde mich sehr freuen, wenn das ein oder andere dieser Rezepte eure Poolparty
zu einem tollen Erlebnis macht. Und auch wenn ihr keinen Pool habt, ich habe leider auch keinen, all diese Rezepte sind auch super für die Wohnung geeignet. Das habe ich selber ertestet. 😉
