Der 80. Thermomix-Thursday ist der vorletzte in diesem Jahr. Da in zwei Tagen Weihnachten ist, möchte ich euch noch ein Last Minute Geschenk vorstellen. Ein kandierter Nussmix. Mein Nussmix besteht aus Mandeln, Pistazien, Erdnüsse und Cashews. Natürlich könnte man aber auch Walnüsse, Haselnüsse und weitere verwenden. Einfach die Nüsse, die ihr gerne isst (oder gerne verschenken möchtet). 🙂

Kandierter Nussmix mit Cranberry (vegan)

Für 2 Bleche.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
600 g gemischte Nüsse
200 g Zucker
15 g Kokosöl
230 g Wasser
etwas Abrieb der Tonkabohne
1 EL Vanilleextrakt

Außerdem:
Backpapier/Dauerbackfolie

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten in den Mixtopf geben. Statt Messbecher das Garkörbchen auf den Deckel setzen.
Für 10 Minuten /Varoma/ Linkslauf Stufe 1 einstellen.
Mit einem Spatel alles gut umrühren.

Deckel und Garkörbchen wieder aufsetzen.
18 Minuten /Varoma/ Linkslauf Stufe 1 einstellen.

Sollte nun sich kein Wasser mehr im Mixtopf befinden, können die Nüsse auf ein Backblech verteilt werden. Befindet sich noch Wasser im Mixtopf, verlängert ihr die Zeit um circa 3-5 Minuten.

Mit zwei Löffeln etwas von den Nüssen auf dem Backpapier verteilen. Eine Dauerbackfolie ist auch gut geeignet.

Für mindestens 3 Stunden an einen trockenen Ort trocknen lassen.
Danach könnt ihr die kandierten Nüsse verpacken und verschenken.
Sie sind einige Monate haltbar, man sollte sie allerdings trocken lagern.
